Imagine you have a deal that you have to wager a total of $288k in BJ.
Your max cashout for the deal is $40k.
I take my calculator and bet by bet adding until I arrived to 320k.
My balance in this moment was aprox $40.857, so more than my max cashout.
So I dont have to wager more, just waiting to be paid.
And I say... ok I'm going to confirm with customer support the wagerings.
And they say $220k.
I say What???.
It's impossible, I wagered $320K, a difference of 100k.
They request the summary wagering report to the system again, and...again 220k.
So well very how strange!!, and I go to complete wagering.
But Bad luck!!! I lose all....
They gave me I free chip and I reverse this.... at the same time I received the log of hand of bj from support that I had requested days again.
I was going to count bet by bet to confirm the how could be possible I did such a big error count my bets. !!100k of difference!!
I counted and...... surprise, surprise.... the wagering was exactly 320K.
I counted near 8 times to make sure.
Indeed I did a sumatory in excel to confirm"$320.255".
I could't believe... !for a flagrant error of the casino I lost all the money!
I contacted support and they assumed that It could be a error of the system counting... but guesss!!!
They don't want to give me back the money because I reversed the free chip with a new deal which imbalidate the deal before.
I think this is one of the more flagrant errors not corrected of a casino.

You should not have gone on to wager - and lose - if you believed their count was in error. You should have stopped play and waited for a copy of the logs before proceeding further. By continuing to play, you accepted the risk yourself. And of course you should not have taken the free chip either.

Accept that you lost and move on - though I would not normally support a casino that apparently plays games with players like this, in this particular case it appears to me that you are more at fault for continuing to play in the first place.

Unfortunately I've got to agree with Spearmaster. If you believed you had wagered easily enough you should not have gone on to play.

At that point you should have stopped and waited for your logs before proceeding. You cannot expect a casino to return your losses because they'd mis-informed you of how much you'd wagered at a certain point. Similarly if you'd gone on to wager and actually won more (and there was no max cashout) you would not expect a casino to confiscate the extra winnings.

The only thing you can do is name and shame the casino that lied to you so blatantly IMO.

My opinion: There was a huge error - but by YOU, not the casino.
You should have NEVER carried on playing before getting the logs.
Talk about more money than sense!

The case is when I requested the wagering to support and told me 220K, I requested the logs and they refused to give me and when I told them to go to montana then after 5 days I had the logs.

But you don't think that having the max cashout and wagering requirements completed and knowing that has been a totally fault of the casino, why a player has to lose 40k for a system error?.

I couldn't win more than 40k so the error benefit has been always for the casino.

ximo you made the choice to go on playing, because of this you will never see your money again no matter what the rights & wrongs are of the situation.

so i cant see no reason why you cant name & shame them.

Which RTG casino was it?

You have zero chance of getting the money, because your additional wagering could have resulted in a win for you, and they would not claim that back from you.

$320,255 is a huge sum to be counting. What size bets?

And then you lost $40,000 in $100,000 of bets? With just 100 $1000 bets you would have about 1000-1 to lose that money.

It doesn't seem quite right.

But I can't understand why anybody would want to gamble with that kind of money at ANY RTG casino.

Just post the casino name, as you will get nothing from them.

No my friend, I had in my balance the max cashout.
So I couldn't win any $ more.

Ximo has already said that he lost the $40K balance in $600K worth of wagering - which is highly strange in that he only needed to complete $100K of wagering according to what he was told.

So how he expects to recover a loss incurred after supposedly meeting the wagering requirements is beyond me. This is the second big flag against his claim, the first being that he continued playing even after disputing the count.

At this stage, I suggest you go to Montana for relief. If Montana does not agree with you, you're not going to find too much support here - maybe some sympathy, but certainly you have not given us any grounds whatsoever on which to support your claim.

I wish everyone would read read this players post. Here is a player that is an addicted gambler, who could not wait a few days to verify a count. I am sure that even if this player had reached his requirements, that he would have reversed his withdrawal with a little pushing from the casino. The "informed" readers and posters here on the forum, do not realize that their are players out there that deposit in the hundreds of thousands just to enjoy themselves, and are not really looking to ever cashout. You should hear some of the stories I have seen.
P.S. In no way am I accepting what the casino did, I am just saying that there are reasons casinos delay payments and such.

it sounds like that while he was doing the extra $100k WR he lost some money, say maybe $5k or $10k, then he carried on playing till he reached his $40k he had originally, but unfortunatly never reached that figure again.

ximo has fallen for a classic RTG ploy,

ximo you have my sympathy aswell, however i dont think you have any kind of claim.

I would feel very comfortable wagering these sums at Bodog.

You are right scrollock. I lost a bit under 40k and couldn't recover me.
This is because now I do my deals with a daily penalty from RTG casinos.
For example $250 each delayed day of payment. If not, I don't do the deal.

What's so special about RTG? Why not play at a decent casino?
