How to set up POLi for Australian's on Moneybookers

Just as the title says.
I would go through Moneybookers to find out but they have a 7-14 day reply time and are often rude.
The benifit of instantly uploading funds to Moneybookers for free would be very handy for me.
I basically just don't know how to set up POLi on Moneybookers. I have been searching the Moneybookers site now for awhile.
Any Aussies here who can assist me?

You don't need to set anything up as such - the first time you initiate the transaction the software will self-install.

Make sure that you turn on 'compatibility view' in your browser or it may not work at all.

Just give it a shot and if it doesn't work then come back and I'll try and help ya.

Yup that was it Nifty29.
Compatability view was messing things up.
Without it, it wouldn't display the list of banks to choose from.

Nifty is correct UNLESS your bank is ANZ or NAB- for some reason Moneybookers and POLI don't seem too gel with these banks even though POLI works fine for Neteller with the same banks.

If your account is Commonwealth Westpac or St George you should be fine

ANZ now works with POLi on Moneybookers, but if you can avoid using Moneybookers I can not say it load enough. DO NOT USE MONEYBOOKERS..

I have had an account with them since 2008 and have been trying to get my account verified with them on and off for that period of time. I have emailed them (using their crappy ticket system) over 100 times. To date I have had one reply, that is less than 1% or emails replied to in a 2 year period. The stupid thing is I regularly get spam emails from them asking me where I have been and that I have not been using my account....what a joke. I have phoned them (from Australia) at my expense numerous times, and get told in a rather nasty manner that my queries will be answered when they get to them.

I now have over $2900 stuck in my account and it has been locked because I have not verified my identity or my bank account. Both of which I have been trying to do for the past 2 years. I have provided copies of my Passport, Drivers License, Utility Bills and Bank Statements, but they still won't unlock my account or tell me what else I have to provide.

I recently lodged a grievance with FSA, but I have had no reply and from reading thier website it could be months before anything is done.

My advise to anyone who is looking at using Moneybookers is DON'T.

Dont think u can use poli unless your verified. Not sure, its been a while. Some sites like 32red, dash ect allow poli uploads direct so you dont really need to use moneybookers. But they are handy for casino payouts.

As stated above, compatibility view must be on and use IE not other browsers. Also firewall and virus programs can cause issues. i can say poli works 99% of the time, just be patient with it, it can take a while sometimes.
