Ok so here is the ear bashing, Any person that does read my post will no I have no time for CS, I no I am not the best speaker for words and I no that, And try not to speak to them even if there is a problem as all you get is its a temp problem or clear cookies and milk,

Any way, Ater talking to help today which I will add screen shoot, even low they was quick as seen by time stamped it is normally after about 5-10 mins before chat arrives, I thik this proves my point about CS, Yes I could of said something else but any person with any morals would not do what screen shot says.

I am sure reps are talking to more than one person at a time

I am sure you no this though

or maybe I misunderstand the issue
 
Reps / Live Chat etc are defo most of the time chatting to more than just one 'customer' at the time

I've been called all sorts of names over the years lol

Worst one yet I got 'I can see you've had a bad time, we've added a £50 chip' - I said WOW! and was told 'whoops wrong chat', imagine my face!!!!!

They did give me a tenner for the mix up tho :rolleyes:

They are also responsible for answering emails and phone calls not just chat and some nights I think there is many a poor lonely agent all on their lonesome :(
 
There was an interesting thread awhile back where people were talking about calling customer service. I called once and seriously it sounded like I got the guy out of bed and he kept nodding off. Someone else said that the person told them to hang on a minute and it sounded like they were having sex in the background! lol if that's what they're doing on the phone, who knows what they're up to in chat! ;)
 
Oh belive me thy have more than 1 chat open, Did you see what someone posted the other day, Chat stated they had 10 more people they was seeing too :what:

Im not sure about having sex and that lol or would of asked could I join in :) But nothing surprised me with the CS, Last time I rang up was laddys and took 20 mins to get my user name right and I gave up (pretty sure it was an Indian call factory,

Thats another thing when ladbrooks all changed I knew something was not right with the industry, than 32 changed the rule book and all the new UK regs just spoiled it, But if ladbrooks sorted out the ridiculous bonus and got back the old help than there be going in the right place, As game wise there on track,

Gona try t get 20 mins kip, I keep having funny old dreams when I do manage to get my eyes shut
 
Now I got it

So the CS talks to a few people at the same time. Now I understand what happened on live chat a few days ago.

I went to the live chat, I asked a couple of questions very politely, I used "I appreciate if you can help me with-" and also I used the magic word "please."

I got the information I needed from CS and I said "thank you very much for your help", after that no respond from CS.
no "your welcome", no "happy to help you", not even single "bye"

I was staring the "chat window" for a few minutes, and I realized the CS was not going to come back, so I closed the "chat window" thinking it is a little bit rude.-I'm talking about the accredited casino with the score that is more than 9.

Now I understand why, but I don't like the idea that they talk to a few people at the same time.

I'm not sure if you know how the software for call or support centers works. Usually the big boss sets a limit for max. open chats. The software will chose then the agent with the least open windows and connect him/her automatically to the person requesting the chat. Properly trained agents have no problem handling up to 10 chats (that is the max i saw once) but usually it is 4-5 max. Still, with the phones ringing as well, it takes quite a bit of multitasking capabilities to be a good support agent as most support centers have a 3-5 ring limit before a call must be answered. Otherwise there will be some serious talk in the next meeting with the boss.
