I'm new to the forum and I'm glad I found this community because I'm very worried. I've been playing at Party Casino for years and have won and lost many times, but so far the payouts have been fine. Sometimes it took a little longer, but between 4 and 5 days the transfer always arrived. Until now...
On the third of April, I requested a withdrawal of EUR 4500 from my account and I have not received it since. I have spoken to the live helpdesk numerous times, but unfortunately, they have never been able to help me in any meaningful way, nor have I received any explanation as to why this is happening now.
Last night I received an email to upload a copy of my valid ID/passport and I will be notified. Which is quite unusual as I already have a verified, valid account and have been billed many times. Unfortunately, I have not received any explanation from them so far, only that I should check my email and they will let me know. They said my account manager is supposed to be on vacation so she is not responding to my messages.
Today I asked customer services what more I could do to help. They told me that the problem is not with me, the provider cannot locate the fund (please see attached)
My question is, what do you think I should do now, what can I do to finally get the money? Has this happened to anyone else at the Party? I have read horror stories similar to mine on other sites, I hope I will finally get the money.
