How Do I Thank?

I have been struggling for so long to find the way to thank people for their helpful posts.. but can't!

LATER: Hmmm, appears I'll have to retract that, at least insofar as "Thanks" goes: it's not listed in the Permissions chart. Seems the FAQ is silent on "Thanks" too.
