When you’ve got a problem sometimes it’s tough to know where to start. We offer this guide as your first line of attack in getting your issue resolved.

1: Problems! Can I get a rep?

In many cases we many have a casino representative on the forums that can help you with your issue. Here’s a guide to using our Casino Representatives page: Finding a rep for a particular casino.

2: Contacting the rep.

OK, you’ve found your rep. What you want to do next is contact them: click on the rep’s name and send them a Private Message (PM) regarding your issue.

When you send your PM to the rep it’s usually best to give them the necessary details -- account details, withdrawal info, etc — so they can get to work doing what needs to be done. If it’s the weekend do be aware that it’s not unusual for these things to move a little slower then than usual.

3: No rep? Unresponsive rep? No problem!

If contacting the rep fails — or there is no rep — and you feel you need further assistance please feel free to file a Player Arbitration (PAB) request with us and we’ll look into it for you.

If you find yourself getting a little lost in the PAB submission process we have a guide for that too: How to submit a Player Arbitration (PAB) Ticket - Casinomeister Forum .

4: The Rules

And last but not least please do remember that if you submit your PAB we will assume that you’ve read and will comply with the Player Arbitration Policies and Procedures . In other words “RTFM!”, as they used to say back in my computer days.

5: Lost? Confused? No lunchbox?

If none of the above has helped or something has got you caught between a rock and hard place you can always contact Casinomeister staff to help you out. The Report feature is a great way to draw our attention to any thread, post or message that is troubling you. Here’s how (and why) to Report: Report a post. Why would you? Why should you? - Casinomeister Forum
