OK, so, let’s say you have an issue with a given casino. Contacting a casino rep for assistance is an excellent good place to start. But who are they? How to reach them? That’s where the iGaming Representatives list is very useful: find the rep, send a Private Message (PM), get the help you need. Perfection!

To get to the reps start here:

That’ll take you to the Members page and from there you want to select “iGaming Reps”:

That’ll take you to the rep list and from here it could be easy to find your rep. Say you’re looking for the 3Dice rep:

Obviously some reps are aware (and attuned to the fact) that you’ll go looking for them and they have thoughtfully named their Casinomeister account after their casino so … same name for both, easy peasy.

But that’s not always the case. If the rep has chosen, say, the name of their parent company or their affiliate program then you’ll need to be a little more persistent. This where the “Casino Properties” list can be your friend:

A rep who is on the ball (and takes the time) will list all their casinos there, as Jan has of course done. You could carefully scan down the page to find the casino property of interest — and risk certain madness! — ...

OR you could just use Control-F / ⌘-F which is the “Find” command and search for the casino name:

TBH that’s your best bet and it’s what I use all the time.

Unfortunately there are some cases where a rep is present but more or less in “stealth mode”, meaning you wouldn’t know from looking who they are or what casino properties they represent:

Fortunately it is seldom that bad — that’s just a dummy rep I created to show how bad it can be, meaning no useful info given whatsoever.

To be fair most reps will give something for you to go on, as Wai has here (1):

Finally it’s worth taking note of when the rep was last seen on the site (2). If it’s recent then you can expect to hear back from them in good time when you send that PM. If they haven’t been seen in a while then that’s not great and you may have to ask us for assistance in getting their attention, which may not even be possible. People do get promoted or leave the industry and sometimes wrapping up their old rep account at Casinomeister is something that just slipped their mind as they were packing their desk / bags and heading out the door. Go figure! Anyhoo, if you do need assistance with a rep don’t be afraid to ask.
