Having looked a bit more I also like

1.25L Fizzy Feet (2/1) and 2.00L Goring (7/2) and doing a double on those. I don't think the favourite will win the 2.00 and Goring is the obvious second choice

Also someone pointed out that Silver Sheen is the only horse Jessica Harrington has sent over today, its a long way to travel for one horse without expecting something. Having said that, its the Pertemps qualifier and sometimes the aim isn't to win, but the fact its shortening in prices gives more confidence.

After looking at the Lingfield card I fancied mostly the faves which is not good for EW punters. I've backed Goring many times in the past in much bigger fields and its done me well.
I've just stuck ten bob ew on Connetable for shits and giggles

I have already taken one or two of your selections. I'm not that impressed with the fields today given that I am mostly an each way punter who prefers big fields with decent odds. So Fairyhouse has most of my money with smaller punts on the other lucky 15's

Cheers. The 12-1 nearly got there but finished 2nd. If it had got there I would have got a insane return. As it is I got nearly 6 times my bet back.
Petit Power in the next would be lovely too

I think it was held up too much given how strongly it finished the race. But each way does me

itv contract negotiations stumble as channel enters final year of deal.

itv have been trying to extend the deal for 3 years since early last year but according to other articles on the internet Ascot is holding the agreement back.

Terrible racing today, however the 3.45 at Lingfield has some interesting betting patterns. Specifically Ninth Wave and No No Tonic, the latter being the most interesting. Galtree Mountain opened up around 3.6 favourite on Betfair, and is now 7.4, suggesting he only has 3 legs, and the race is so poor anything could win it. Will do small wins on both the ones I mentioned and a small RFC

I agree the racings not great today so I've only put small bets on. I'm not sure why the Irish racing was canceled today?

I was looking at Dunlopes nag Cassidy in the 6-50 but I rarely bet on races where so few have ran before so I avoided that race
Born to Reason in the last has good recent form in the last and it seems to be its distance so I am on that one

It equated to it being a 8-1 winner so I'm not complaining. It was yet another of those close but no cigar moments

Minella Fiveo in the 1.40 is a CD winner and has dropped back to a weight where he is usually competitive. Currently 20/1 with Coral, worth a small EW bet.

Sean's only ride of the day is White Hart Lady in the 2.45. About a 600 mile round trip and 6 hours drive each way. I don't think Sean is the best jockey in bumpers, think he's much better when he's jumping, but will do a small EW double on both these just in case

I'm unsure if the first at MR paid 4 places but Candlish's nag Click and Collect came 4th at 40-1 which I hope is a good sign for my bets

Sleep haven at 14-1 was held up too much because it finished like a train to come 3rd.

Not the best price, but if the ground is truly heavy, Un De Sceaux should beat the favourite in the 3.35

Battle Of Marathon should win the 1.00L (7/2 currently)

Be surprised if Sean doesn't win on Acting Lass in the 2.40H, currently 6/1

I am going through a very bad patch at the moment on horses 2 weeks ago I didn't even get a placed horse all afternoon so hoping for better today.
