Hi I’m a new member , I’m having trouble withdrawing from a casino and could do with some advice please

Sorted, team wasnt notified accordingly that docs were submitted. Therefore no review occured. The review took a few minutes but customer is fully verified now and of course withdrawal is pushed through. I apologised to OP for the mistake that caused a delay.
