Hi everyone!

My name is Sandy and I'm happy to be here. I'm going through cancer treatment currently, but plan on kicking cancer's butt for good soon. Ladies, if you're reading this...get your mammogram soon. Early detection saves lives.

I won a huge jackpot from an accredited online casino in August which I have been using to pay for my treatment until they stopped paying me suddenly and cheated me out of 20k.

Can someone point me in the direction of the proper forum to tell my story and hope for help resolving it?

Thanks everyone. Oh, and tomorrow 11/17 is my birthday too!

Cheers!

Sandy

Welcome to the forum! And best of luck with your treatment, a good stubborn attitude goes a long way.

As far as your casino problem goes, the first thing you should do is go here https://www.casinomeister.com/forums/members/?key=staff_members and see if the casino has a rep. here. If they are accredited at Casinomeister there will be a rep.

You can PM the rep with your details and try to resolve it or if that fails you can PAB (pitch a bitch) here https://www.casinomeister.com/player-arbitration-pab/.

If you go the PAB route make sure you read and understand all the rules concerning the process.

Oh, and Happy Birthday tomorrow!

Thank you!

Thank you for the birthday wishes and advice. I hope I can get this frustrating issue resolved soon. The bills are piling up! I'm not a religious person, but when I won that jackpot of 34k I knew someone or something sent it to me to ease the burden of being caught in the eye of the cancer storm (as a single mother). However, now I am standing here looking like a fool for believing they would actually pay me the entire sum.

Anywho...Thank you again :-)

It depends on which casino it is - like any other business, there are good-guys and bad-guys. The good ones WILL pay it all.
I think you should name the casino so that members here can give you the best advice, but that's your choice of course.

Wishing you all the best with your treatment; I hope you have a swift and full recovery

Californian Too

Welcome Sandy and Happy Birthday!

I too am resident of the once glorious California!

Good Luck Financially and Medically!

I too am single now(widow) and know how the finances can really pile up on one, when the situation changes from what you've been used to and expected.

Again Good Luck and God Bless You!
