Hi,

I've been visiting this site and finding helpful information since I started playing online last October, I play mostly at club world and lucky red. I have experienced some incredible wins, as well as losses.

I admit that what I am about to ask everyone is a bit crazy, but here goes:

Has anyone felt like the Casino is "mad" at you? Especially after requesting a payout or winning a bunch, the cards are dealt and taking away at lightening fast speed, the house beats me with impossible hands, for example with tri-card poker I'm dealt three kings, the house wins with three aces, and then there is the "pause" its very subtle, like something has stopped the game play and the cards are rearranged in favor of the house. Blackjack is worse, I'm dealt 20 and the house will lay 6 cards to get to 21. Anybody experience this?
Please no comments about my mental state.

Well I guess no comment is better than a nasty comment. Perhaps I didn't explain this well enough. or maybe it is all in my head. Thanks for listening. Going to Vegas for the third time this year in a couple weeks. love love love it there.

I did read your original post at the time, but I felt I was in no position to comment on it because a) you didn't say which casino/software you were talking about and b) I don't very often play table games these days.

Surprised no-one else commented either though.
Please don't be put off, we really are a very friendly bunch here!

Belated warm welcome to the best gambling forum on the net

Well thank you for the nice welcome. Club World and Lucky Red, are the two casinos I frequent, and to their credit I have received some nice payouts, but I have noticed the "attitude" (for lack of a better word) several times. Can anybody suggest any slots, that are worth playing? thanks in advance.

Don't be surprised if a thread doesn't immediately get responded to, it's a busy forum so your post might be the last of the new ones that are visible, as there mostly are quite a few popping up, that goes for new members and posts in active threads:p

But as KK said we are mostly a friendly bunch, and on that note welcome to the forums!
About your question: most of us are familiar with cold streaks or as you call it "angry software" and they are obviously more noticeable just after a winning streak.

It all differs but i do know that of all the bigger software suppliers out there, i personally found the swings of RTG to be most annoying.. What i mean with this is that the win streaks last less long and the losing streaks can go on and on, maybe that is because i tend to stick to slots for the longest time to see how long they will streak, but this is my experience anyway.

Do like to play it every now and then, have been doing so a lot more recently then in the past few years, and if i may suggest a group that will treat you well, and have the least no-nonsense policies of all the good RTG's out there, it would be the JPC group.

Getting back to the point of your question, i do not think the software is in any way mad at you, but just to make sure you could expand your experience over several Casinos, or groups, Lucky Red and Club world for instance are one group "the CWC-Group", so if your luck there seems far and away, you could switch to another one, and even better is to mix it up with a totally different software, as a citizen of the U.S. you could certainly try 3Dice (beware though, a lot of very high variance slots there but if you bet low and make use of their offering wisely, you'll definitely get playtime and some amusement in any case.

Those instances where your 3 kings are beat by 3 aces should be a rare event, but remember that most of the animations in several slots and table games are pure eye candy.. the rng had already decided you lost the hand when you pressed "spin" or in this case "deal" and takes a corresponding animation from a pool of possible outcomes that would beat you, in this case it would only be the 3 aces or a straight flush.. At least that is how i think it works, i am definitely lacking in knowledge about RTG table games, the only thing aside from slots i play there is Keno, which i reckon to be one of the best in the business btw:)

This is turning into a way too long story, so i'll cut it right here!
Hope it helps.

First of all welcome and enjoy your trip to Vegas. Secondly I dont play table games very often but I know how you feel. Some days when im playing slots I just know its not going to be my day. After losing all the time and just about to bust out ill hit the bonus and even tho its a game that normally pays well I think way this is going its a waste of time as these free spins are going to pay rubbish and sure enough they do. That's when I think to myself this casino must be getting back at me for cashing out last week lol. But when im having a day like that I just quit instead of depositing more and try again later.

What casinos are part of the JPC group? I played at 3dice and didn't enjoy their slots at all. Oh, one more thing . . . I just won 988.00 on a dollar bet (with only 19 dollars remaining) playing Mystic Dragon at Lucky Red. So needless to say, I requested payout and will tread softly for a while.

3Dice is not for all: most either love it or hate it..
I'd definitely make use of their freerolls to check all their slots, unless you already did:)

The JPC group consists of Jackpot Capitol, Grande Vegas, Slotastic, Lucky Club and more recently added Golden Euro,
and Springbok Casino..That is off the top of my head.

And congrats on the win!
