I am wrongfully being accused of fraud by an online casino. I deposited 300 into a casino account, won $700 and got it up to $1000. Then I won $6000 on two basketball parlays, so I had over $7000 in the account. I played a bunch of blackjack and won another $4000. I went to cash out and the GM at teh casino said he was closing my account because I played too fast. He accused me of hooking something up to my computer to increase to rate of which I can play blackjack. He said I was playing 14-15 hand per minute and the most you can play is 12 per minute. This accusation is totally false, as I wouldn't knwo the first thing about hooking anything up to my computer to cheat. Has anyone ever heard of this before? Does anyone else out there play real fast and can you verify that it is possible to play over 12 hands per minute? I don't know what to do and they refuse to pay me.

First and foremost ESHEE welcome to the forum and secondly I. think it would be good to know which casino this was and if the casino manager's name is Kyle?

Yes I've heard of this common garden variety "BS" and not all that long ago (last year as a matter of fact) when a couple of casinos thought and I emphasize the word THOUGHT they could get away with not paying a player a rather large sum (well in excess of a million dollars) of money by claiming the individual used a robot in playing Blackjack.

The long and short of this exercise is that I was able to collect a rather large sum of money for the player (I can't really say how much money due to legal reasons) but it should suffice to say that the casinos became dust.

If you want to to put a little more information out there ESHEE we can certainly kicked it around here on the forum. Have a good one.

This is utter nonsense. Playing faster only gives the house a higher edge as it gives you less time to think and decide. RTG has the fastest BJ games so I think it must be an RTG-powered casino. Thesaes casinos also give the most ludicrous reasons for not paying.

meanwhile, the $6000 you won on basketball parlays has nothing to do with your casino winnings. They should pay you that amount at least.

Hi eshee33,

And welcome to the forum. I'm on the road at the moment, so it will be hard for me to do any following uup on this until I get back. But I'd like to know which casino you are referring to. Thanks!

Hi eshee33,

I just checked my PAB mailbox and noted your complaint about Link Removed (invalid URL) The casino you chose to play at looks like bad news to me. Their awards page reminds me of the bringmeluck.com casino "Awards" page. Link Removed (invalid URL)

It's probably all BS eyecandy anyway. Since when did Gamcare start giving away awards? Gamcare won't like this at all. If I see them at the ICE (which I probably will) I'll mention this. There is also a Internetcommission logo that is a dead link. Probably because this is a dead site. In fact they are all dead links.

Just curious, what made you want to play at this casino?

Hi eshee33

Sorry to hear of your problems.

'Does anyone else out there play real fast and can you verify that it is possible to play over 12 hands per minute?'

On the speed issue, I just tried myself against RTG.

I played for 12 minutes as quickly as I could (without knowingly making stupid mistakes) and managed only 128 hands, thats between 10 & 11 per minute. Multiply the figures for any length of time and I personally couldn't keep up the 10/11 rate, among other things, mouse fatigue would surely set in!

So for me 14-15 is unthinkably quick and probably just made up by your casino for their benefit.

**eshee33, I am a very well-versed B.J. player, and I cannot constantly maintain the play per minute you did! I am realy not suggesting that you cheated, but I can see how it looked that way... Looking at it from another angle.. Can you see the same stats the tech is seeing? Maybe his calculations were a bit... off? What I am suggesting is that you find a way to check your hands for yourself - maybe you did not play as fast as that... **

I have attached my statistics from a quick session at a MG Viper casino. The speed is more than 22 hands/minute. You just have to take it on trust that it was not autoplay, but I am happy to repeat it in the presence of a notary public if someone is willing to pay for it. eshee33 did not say what software it was, but 15 hands/minute is easily doable on Viper or RTG.

No one's yet mentioned the $6000 this player won on basketball parlays ...

Did the basketball players play too fast too?

A very good point. Macgyver - why haven't they paid the sports bets out?

This smells pretty fishy to me. It looks as if this outfit saw the dollars a-building in the player's account and thought up this yesterdays-excuse *robot* BS to avoid paying out.

UG software and the notorious Paul Jurgens (an RTG-powered casino group manager who has since left the building) infamously used to pull this one to confiscate winnings back in the days before Viper, and they got away with it in cases where the player community was not mobilised.

With modern technological advances in gaming the *robot* excuse just isn't valid any more, and in any case as has been so often pointed out by experienced players, increasing the speed of play doesn't prejudice the casino, if anything they take their money faster.

I'm sure the 'Meister will have a field day with this complaint once he gets back from London.

My information may be out of date, but last time I checked www.islandcasino.com it was using iNet software.

chuchu59 already did

Blackjack Scam

Has anybody else out there ever played on Islandcasino.com? They are also knows as Sportbet.com. The GM over there is a guy name Jake whohas stopped returning my phone calls, probably in hopes that I will just let it go. I don't want to do that because I won that money fair and square, and more than half of it on sports bets. I didn't even knonw this site existing until I was referred here by sportsbookreviews.com but I am glad to get all this feedback. Again, if anyone knows of what steps I can take to get resolve this issue I would love to hear your ideas.

I would post this at Link Removed ( Old/Invalid) .

This forum has a lot of pull with sportbooks.

I believe Jake also posts there.

Have you advised Sportsbookreview? Sports911 also gets around, and part of this disqualification also involves sports betting and is therefore relevant.

You may want to post on the prescription. Looks like the owner or manager has posted there.

It seems that this player is yanking our chains. Apparently, Eshee33 was passing bad checks for his deposits in 6 different accounts at the casino (according to the casino). He has also had the same sort of issue at Neteller (according to Neteller).

He's been banned from the forum. I do not allow members to use this forum as a means of blackmail, smearing, slamming, etc. when apparently they are clearly in the wrong. The player is a fraudster and he is not welcome here.

If he can convince me that he is innocent of any player fraud, or that he didn't file a fraudulent claim via the PAB, perhaps I'll reconsider my position. But for now, he's banned.
