Guts terrible game play

Well, it's like they are still operating on the EM platform. Today was unbelievably bad: games (both NetEnt, MG and PlaynGo) lagging constantly, multiple (like 6-7 in a row) casino errors on MG games, unable to load new games (Super Wild) - game errors again.

I demanded my $40 back, had $6.92 in my balance, but CSR would not comply, although I had been on chat the entire afternoon mentioning the above and explaining that I deserved to be compensated. They said I had to wait until their tech dept had solved the problem, but my first notification was already 5-6 hours ago. I then asked to close my account and the CSR asked: "Why do you want to close your account?":confused::rolleyes:

They conveniently took the $6.92 while doing this. Sent a message to Yits but I don't expect him to reply any time soon, may take a few more weeks. F*** bad start of the weekend:mad:

I too have suffered that same lag over yesterday and today :(

Didn't bother going to support as no-one this end to hold me back when I already knew the bullshit (** cough ** sorry), response I'd get.

As much as I like the bloke, getting hold of Yits, well lets just say I've got more chance of pulling a 21- year old blonde nympho (female before goaty jumps on this one) :p

Problems seem to be endless, must be servers striking and demonstrating over all these Xmas 'giveaways'

Missues depoed at Thrills just only to find they pulled all WMS for UK.

I just took the 100% at BGO only for no bonus and live help are having a fag break :rolleyes:

It was the same for me last night Mouche I went to live chat and told them it was since that xmas bar had been added, I am not depositing till its sorted
 
Risk yes, but consistently being annoyed over games that won't load, casino errors, and loooong lags, NO!

You're not alone, except that I've been having problems for weeks now on all that runs on that platform. Especially Rizk and I decided to stop playing there for a while.
Don't know if it's my computer but it seems odd when all games are fine at all other casinos.

I rarily complain either Mouche but I know exactly how you feel. If I could kick them somewhere where it hurts I would. The games I mean not the people :p

Edit: I might should add that they are trying to fix it at Guts.

yep terrible playing there today , it kept telling me my internet connection was to slow , had a small patch where i could play a small bit but decided to cash out , as the lag was bad.
 
Juts been to live chat to ask if problems sorted and live chat said yes, but dont think I will chance it

And such reasons (which are the consign of 2005) are so not valid by todays standard!! The clearing cookie bullshit ended a long time back with improved browser techno ...

And drives me insane when CS give that utterly pointless script. And funny when I have questioned them harder on the "cache" clearing , how many of them dont have a clue what Im asking about

Cookies have jack all to do with game lag. It means they have limited server resources .... and need to look an upping there band width. Sure they can be lags between different hops
but not on a continual basis. Its basic server management to ensure all servers run smooth and can cope easily with traffic spikes. Im amazed we still have to deal with this crap at some places
in 2016!
 
I just want my deposit back - and I will have it back! Hopefully this weekend, so that I can deposit at V&J, they've revamped their site and although I preferred the older version game play is still smooth.

I don't see why this shouldn't apply to gambling. The service provided to you was substandard and shoddy, so why should you have to pay for it?

So even if you had won, the original deposit should still be returned as your getting a defective product, so to speak. In their current state the games are not fully operational and so they shouldn't charge you for it. Any other industry has consumer laws but with gambling you're expected to just put up with constant poor service :confused:

Now imagine casinos were forced to reimburse customer's deposits left, right and centre. They'd get the slots running smoother than you can say "greased up lubricated lard-monkey" :cool:

Yes but I cant see them doing this. Give to one and it gets out then they would be inundated with refund requests based on bad game play. Not saying I dont agree with you with such crap service but just dont think you got a chance on that one. Maybe they would throw you a comp with some insane wagering but depo back i cant see it. Best just vote with your wallet, close down the account and be done with them.

Don't blame you of course ,I bit of a air head and never read threads get me in trouble what i say .I did not mean your gambling the reason or anything like that .What i mean is to say lol is that these things happen with every casino i play at too and it's not good like you said with these sort of issues .When us the paying on there for a service we dont always get .I always get told its my computer or something never the casinos when disconnections things happen .And that why i said its a risk but then again .Paying for a service you expected good standards and even the best of casino dont always keep to them ,

I must say that V&J en VS are quite good lately, there is an occasional hickup at VS when opening an MG game but if you try again it works. I can live with an occasional hickup, but today at Guts was really insane!

Really sorry to hear that my fellow Dutchy:) I did check it yesterday late and seemed to have no issues, but i have been there before and now it's a huge pain. Have to be honest though and never yet thought of claiming my depo back yet! I my try that next time..:D However i do wonder why indeed you have closed the account? Has this been going on longer (sorry if i missed that) and this was like the last drop in the bucket?
Otherwise i would suggest cooling off and let Yits try and make it up to you...

You'd be surprised how easy it is to 'pull' a nympho, no matter what age or hair color, but don't let your missus know your even contemplating it! :p

you cant expect a website to run smoothly 100% of the time.. and they cant take it offline to fix. because they will get even more complaints.
