Found out this morning that Guts is actually not processing withdrawals 24/7, well at least not the larger ones.

The payment team is working only 08.00am - 10.00pm, outside those hours only small withdrawals of 200-300$ will be processed by support. If they have a pitboss present maybe a little larger ones as well.

Mine was for exactly 1000$ and they were not allowed to do that. :eek: Is 1K that large Guts??? :rolleyes:

Hence, i think the CM review page would need updating as following, because the current one is misleading readers that the processing is 24/7 for all withdrawals:

- 08.00am -10.00am - within 2 hours
- other hours - small withdrawals (200-300$) within 2 hours, larger withdrawals pending until next morning after 08.00am

EDIT: Considering that they charge $2,50 for EVERY withdrawal, not really acceptable to keep larger withdrawals pending over night. :(

I have been told this before also, had one for £450 and had to wait well over 15 hours because overnight they could not approve it.

In my opinion the 24/7 processing and within 2 hours in the review needs to be changed as it is just not true.

I know this is about Guts but my experience is that most casinos do like this. Next/Casino Luck, Redbet, Rizk just to mention a few.
I know those because I have recently experienced the same on all of them.

So much for the turbo charged withdraws, That has defiantly put a knife in it, I can understand about they have top be careful when paying out but surely for the VIP / Regulars than a few K shouldn't be a problem ?

But also take note don,t they charge for a withdraw? I always said a small fee for a good service is well worth it, But if winning that much than you have to be depositing abit also and paying for a service which you get free at most sites than not getting it is abit wrong, Take nothing away from the service they do, I bet a few people will not take kind to this

Oh don't get me wrong Terry, Guts is fast but only between 8am-10pm CET. I had 2 withdrawals yesterday, 1K each (plus added 2.50$ for the fees), 1st paid in 1hr24mins, the 2nd in 12hr01min and that only because it was overnight.

I don't mind waiting longer either as long as it is max. appr. 12hrs but then it should be stated correctly. As the review is now the information is misleading as readers will think they get paid always under 2hrs.

Yeah, they charge 2.50$ for EVERY withdrawal, not so bad, but then i expect it to be among the fastest and not just "average joe" :eek:

You're correct and the other two have been updated after the data collected by the minions here. Guts payout time isn't updated yet.
I had no clue he had done that to the others, but that's great because it will be real factual time and people can see how it differ.

lol 12hrs is not a long time to wait for a withdrawal, jeez makes my 48hrs at betfair seem ridiculous. any payment in 24hrs is very good imo.

I doubt it due to no one is on to authorise such amount of cash, Plus alot of people does not even no about flushing

Back in January I made a $5000 withdrawal verification took 4 hrs to reach my Eco account and $2500 I went to chat support and 1 minute it's on my wallet, 2 weeks ago made a $750 withdrawal contacted live support it was instant.............Today I made a $306 withdrawal contacted live support he said unfortunately I can't approve your withdrawal request, I will however forward it to payment department and it's been 2hrs still waiting

Managed a withdraw "last night", ie approximately 1 am my time. For some reason it would not allow me to withdraw full amount back to my visa, so did around $750 back to my card and $250 back to ecopayz. It's now at least 7 hours later, probably closer to 8, and my withdrawals are not yet approved.

It's been their business hours for quite a few hours now too.

Agree that the CM listings need updating.

I just recently contacted live chat and he said he will follow up with the security team to speed up the process....... It's 4 hrs now. Wallet cash out should be instant and max 2hrs. I've been verified before done KYC I mean wuts happening to guts?

I too contacted support. I was told I should be paid in about 2 hours.

This length of wait time is acceptable to me personally, I just think the listing needs updating, as well as their own site.

Off the topic of this thread, but a big thanks to Ola who set me up with a bonus last night and a nice little chat. One of the advantages of playing from overseas and off-peak times is support is not quite as busy, as well as Frida this morning who assisted me, and the other CSR last night who assisted with the withdrawal. There have been some changes to the cashier, I initially missed there was a drop down menu on withdrawal method.

Payout provider changed for aus players

After being with guts since the beginning i pretty much know all chat repsbteam leaders and the vip reps and from the start was in constant contact with ben.

The first couple years guts used world pay as there 3rd party provider to process bank transfer withdrawls after that many withdrawls i began to predict when cash would hit bank if i could get my withdrawl processed by guts before 5pm aus time it was a guarantee to be in my bank account exactly 3am every time without fail it was w handy thing to know. This was of course not a weekend thing and on fridays you would have guts process it a few hours early say 3pm. Must finish early on fridays.
For this turn around withdrawl to bank account in australia is very impressive pretty much was my reason for depositing like i did.

A year on guts now turning 3 and my times have gone from 10hours or less to my bank to a less than acceptable 4days not only 4days i get the wrong amounts say i take $200 out i should get 197.50 in bank nope more closer too $170 wtf

I contacted the apropriate staff and the norm we will look into it

Stuff that i thought i will look into it and got my investigator hat on and slowly but surely the truth came out. First my bank to see what got sent by whom and how bang they tell me they got sent 170 from HSBC bank but they could also see that HSBC got sent 197.50 from INPAY. Ok well theres my answer now to exsplain that to guts. So guts thank me for my feedback and yep we will look into it this was around feburary and too this day it still happens.
Im not one to let something i hold high in the importance of casino rating so got on the trail again this time did a small $50 withdrawl guts processed imidiatly meanibg i cant reverse but the actual transaction will get sent with all other transactions for the day in that afternoon.
Once this was done i hunted high and low for info on INPAY was not easy language barrier time diffrences and most of all ( why is a player contacting us and not the merchant) they looking into it relax inpay

I got a phone number to call for INPAY malta this place is open for around 4-5 hours a day
The person i spoke with was pretty good not much of a talker simply said "inpay refrence number starts with a 3 ok i will look into that. Back to guts transaction history nope nothing onto chat there restricted on what they see lucky for me finance is there and refrence obtained back to inpay nope no answer ffs.
I get email from inpay in some language translated its a refrence checker type the inpay number in tells you where your payment is.

Not alot or info there buggef this searched deep into inpays management looking for that person who wants to help and knows what im trying to find
It worked so inpay currently dont deal with australian banks what a fantastic choice guts made there. Inpay use a 3rd party to process payments so caeh goes from guts to inpay to hsbc finally my bank 4 days never sooner. It is that 3rd party hsbc who getting there slice of the pie and standard $17 plus 1% of transaction amount it dont matter if its 50 or 1000 thats the fee.

Ok mission complete now to tell guts first a quick email to a old freind ben now in spain doing his thing. And of course responce within 30min and simply put by ben he dont have alot to do there at guts no longer but he does have some peopoe there he will forward on my concerns.

Got onto guts dealing with joakim at the time was yourguy@guts he was impressed what i found and instantly got onto finance to what they can do answer nothing
Unfortunatly we using inpay temporary but send in bank screenshot and we credit it to your account whats missing what choice do i have.
Joakim was very rewarding for the time and effort i showed when not something any player should have to do i got around $200 credited as a thankyou $100 over 2 days 1times pkaythrough sweet as im cool with that.

3 days later i get email from a guts staff member titled frwded contact from ben clemes
Lol we will look into your concerns and get back to you when the information becomes available i have credited your account with $50 for the inconvenience

Ok now im lost on whether this is ever going to change he high credited bonuses have bought me off i dont care anymore all i do is send in bank statement at end of month high lighting inpay deposits and guts credit the missing funds straight away

Im done with final word being bring back WORLDPAY

The 3rd party bank charge will always happen when the sending bank has no direct relationship with the receiving bank. They use then one of the big boys as intermediary bank, e.g. HSBC in your case, to handle their transfers in such cases. Of course, nothing is free and charges are between 10-30USD.

Not much Guts can do, but respect to them for refunding the extra charges. :thumbsup:

Allways in Guts cs can approve withdraws.
But limits are different if there are "normal agent " , senior agent or team leader..

Problems come when player have used differend deposit method's .. Then it usually goes with payments department.

Becouse i use about 95% of my deposits via skrill , i allmost allways get those approved with customer care.

guts advertise withdraws of 5000 euro or less to be processed instantly to neteller or skrill.

Assuming a player is verified then they should certainly stick to that, no matter what the time, otherwise that is false advertising. When I am getting a withdrawal for free I am far more understanding about what time it comes out. If I am paying for it then it better come as advertised.
