I have spoken to Tony and you can withdrawal to Skrill if you deposited with UKash but you must have made a deposit with Skrill at some point so that Skrill populates as a withdrawal option. The other option is to withdraw back to a bank account.

Had another go at Guts today.
Had a good session and on the end I broke even and decided to cash out for now.

Rather bad Swedish

The phrase "Insätt nu" (Deposit now) sounds weird in Swedish. It would be better with "Sätt in nu". But that's my opinion, and does it really matter? Any Swedes here?

Yes there are and he has already been told about it :)

But I believe the word that's used are just 'insätt' which makes it even more weird.
If I'm playing I just use the English version instead. I at least knows the words that way ;)
 
Anyone else constantly having trouble loading Microgaming slots? I keep getting connection reset errors which probably stems from the servers being overloaded. Only affects Microgaming whereas Netent loads perfectly fine. I have already tried the basic troubleshooting fixes such as clearing cache and refreshing browser which probably wont fix anything as it's no doubt a server issue since Netent works fine. I have experienced the problem a couple days ago which was resolved automatically in due time but its real frustrating not being able to access the games you want to play when you want. Just hope they can iron out these connection issues it's a real PITA.
 
Signed up on Friday. Used the mobile casino. Really like the Casino. Had no problems friday but yesterday the games were so laggy i couldnt even tell if i was winning or not. Good job i was only playing with $30. Deffo gonna deposit again if the mobile games are less laggy :)

Same problem here. When playing on my computer I constantly get disconnected on MG games with the same error message. Now that I use my Nexus the Netent games disconnect. Gets kind of annoying. On the upside you loose youre money slower ;) Having said that CS has always been very proactive about trying to resolve the issue :) Guts is an awesome casino I'd probably switch to them all together if they could sort the games out.
 
I had a lot of error code 2 and sometimes after that also error code 1 popped up.(When playing the new Dark Knight).
CS advised me to try different browser and empty history and cache of browsers,didn't help either.
But she was very friendly and advised me she forwarded the issue to tech.department.

So I left the game for 15 minutes or so and logged out and back in and after that it was fine and I only got another error 2 code about two times in a 3 hour session.

I found the slot going very laggy before error 2 popping up,so must have been overloaded servers?

All other providers on Guts ran fine by the way,it was only MG who caused a few issues yesterday but nothing major!

A casino I will keep returning for sure! :thumbsup:
 
Still cannot get in. :mad: Managed to load IR halfway then bam, it stops loading and now I'm getting the server reset messages once again. And to make matters worse chat is offline. :(

Update: Thousands of refreshes later and still cannot get in. This ridiculous.

Here is a little tip for some of you who do not know about it. Hopefully this will make your slot spins less laggy and prevent some of the error codes. It will not fix them all as some of them come from the server side.

When a slot is loading, right click your mouse button and click settings:

In the settings on the first tab make sure that "Enable hardware Acceleration" is ticked then click on the folder Icon and slide the bar all the way to the end until it is set to "unlimited" and then just close.

Hopefully this helps some of you and it can be done on any flash based casino not just GUTS.
 
Hey Ben,

Online gamblers are mostly impatient. Excellent your CS may be but if you are unable to solve the downloading problems within a certain period players may leave in droves and undo all the good work you did. I guess you have to sort it out with the software providers asap. The guys like your service, prompt payouts etc.
 
Finally have managed to get the slots loaded but the lag is extremely unbearable. Unfortunately changing the flash options did not help. Almost every spin taking 10+ seconds to complete or spinning indefinitely. I'm usually a patient person but even this is testing my limits.

ya the loss in (eur processor) and loss out (WD fee) sucks, but just wanted to say, thanks Ben....2 healthy cashouts yesterday and quick to arrive....when I buy my new fridge this week from the WD, I'll pop a cold beer I Christen it with and think of ya :thumbsup:

Yes there's a list of excluded countries - mine there- no big deal actually- don't care too much about locked bonuses - just don't like to be put in common pit - just a minor thing on top of laggy games. but anyway it's just a my personal subjective opinion. and may be one day when there are no lags I'll be back - I need to win my money back))
 
deposited today, and even though I was eligible for bonus I did not enter any bonus code so as to not be bothered with requirements.. Been playing for a while, mostly testing the games and in my experience they play well. I mean, I haven't experienced any lags but maybe its too soon to tell. Will make a cashout next Monday and see how fast it really is. I'm always skeptical of 'effortless' withdrawals. We'll see..
 
Deposit Problems

Anyone had any depositing problems today? I made a deposit earlier without hassle (apart from a brain fade on my secure code) and now I cannot seem to get a deposit through. I get an error and then transaction not complete.

Using Neteller by the way.

Edit: Well its not a Neteller issue as I have spoken with the live V.I.P chat. Hopefully Michael (Guts) can sort it out for me.

Will make a cash-out next Monday and see how fast it really is. I'm always skeptical of 'effortless' withdrawals. We'll see..

I have made about 20 withdrawals since guts opened their doors and never had any issues.
They aim to process within 2 hours, and I've never waited longer. Funds arrive in my bank (Santander) within 48 hours, even better if i withdraw to my Skrill I have the cash in my hand a couple of hours after winning it. I can't say fairer than that.

If I do have any problems of any sort their customer service is (IMO) the best I have encountered, they are polite, cheerful and most importantly helpful. They go out of their way to assist, and as such guts now has my loyalty.

Not 1 Microgaming (EDIT: seems to be anything but NetEnt slots that won't load) slot will load due to this error. Anyone else having this problem today?

No live chat available at the moment hence I am posting here, to see if others are having the same troubles.

I would just like to say I rate guts very High. But we don't charge you a deposit fee and I have always adjusted your balance to make up for what you have lost in conversion, not to mentioned retroactively adding welcome bonuses to your account. We realise that we have a small fault with the Euro to CAD conversion but have always tried to make up for it.

Good point with the email. It is always a 10 times conversion into kroner but we should communicate it in the English email that we send out.

@refe, thanks for the feedback, we, have the weekly reload and do send out better reloads to more regular players but I see your point about planning ahead. Maybe we can keep those reload bonuses open longer so if you can't take advantage of it that day you have a week or so to claim it, would that be better?

I never implied you weren't a good casino, nor did me wrong. I rather like the casino, quite a bit, as I hope is apparent by me depositing (you'll note as well, I intended to deposit tonight) and by the positive things I've said about you throughout the forum (in fact, as recent as 2 posts ago: I don't recall ever saying they were'nt good. The casino itself is greaqt - yes bonuses, yes free spins, yes good reps.
I'm equally entitled to talk about the things I don't like. As you're aware, the CAD to EUR to CAD is a pain in the ass. Yes, you have comped me and made the difference (though I do have to go ask for it, it isn't automatic) And no, I wasn't aware the 2.50 would not be deducted with my deposit - if you've expressed that to me, then I apologize.

I am not sure I am reading this correctly but why are there conversion fees for Canadian players when many other casinos don't have such fees? Compensating the players with monetary comps is a way round it but the feeling is one of being hassled and always watching out for discrepancies when this needn't be the case. I hope its only temporary and players can play immediately with the full amount of their deposits in future.
