Guts Casino - Sorry, but have to say how good they are so far!

I have been round the block a few times, trying different casinos etc etc. Anyway, I have a few favourites (Coral, SuperLenny, Thrills, etc) but having seen that www.guts.com had a good rating on this site I thought I would give them a try (they also have Gorillas go Wild, which I liked at Euromoon - in process of closing account per other thread!).

Easy opening of account, good bonus options and without a shadow of a doubt, a superb support team. No word of a lie, they gave quick e-mail replies and were pro-active in helping me. And withdrawal times? Even with a minor problem (they were open/honest and quick to resolve) and submitting ID forms, I still got withdrawal money in my account in just a couple of days.

Seriously, Mark (support) and the team at Guts Casino have been great and for once, opening, verifying and withdrawing money from a casino has been faultless.

And I am not just saying the above because I won some money, it really has been a pleasant experience!! Great selection of games, good feel to the site, great support staff, quick e-mails and replies, superb all round.

I know we are normally all to quick to post bad experiences, so hopefully I can turn that trend and beef up the staff at Guts Casino.

I am all up for a good word for a casino as makes a change from hearing horror storys from some, What I do not get is this should be the norm, There is no excuse in this day and age to employ CS that do not know there arss from there feet, Take ages to pay, Reverse withdraws, site playing up,

Slightly OT, but your post prompted me to look at opening an account with Betspin but I walked away after reading this in their T's and C's:

Take that as a grain of salt, Every casino has that, Betspin have not got it hidden like most, Betspin is one of the best casino to hit the market in recent times and you are in safe hands, I think all will agree on that one

definitely a great casino though I feel I have to mention .... the £2.50 withdrawal fee is a bit messed up! NOWHERE else that I have played charges a penny to withdraw back to Skrill, so £2.50 seems a little steep to me, and it wasn't even mentioned til I had already requested the withdrawal as far as I could see either as I might have chosen another method had I known (assuming they dont charge the same for every method!!)

This is my only issue with guts and I'd love to know how they justify this...

Although yesterday at energy I was charged over £7 for my Neteller withdrawal because it was my second one in the week...

Never again..

*shrugs shoulders*...it's paying to deposit that gets me...I'm already giving them my money!
Obviously, I'd prefer no WD fees, but seeing as I'm taking THEIR money, and I'm GETTING money, I don't much mind the little dings.
My bank kills me much more than any casino does.
