Very impressive-I deposited a free chip on April 10th, cashed out the max. The payout was received on my debit card on the 11th.

I expected, as they are a part of the jc group, to have the payout approved today and received on Monday. More than exceeded my expectations-well done.

Interesting...

Happy that you did receive payment earlier - maybe you were just fortunate, and somebody slipped up.

Would be great if other players came forward and attested to the same level of service. Thanks for sharing!

Oh dear! This is not good. If players asked for a 48h pending period, they should have 48h pending period. From their website:

Your withdrawal will only be sent to our processing department after a 48 hour (business days) pending period.

Now the poor player can spend the money on useless stuff the whole weekend. Not good. Let's keep those pending periods in the future, it has to be better for players. :D

I am kidding! I hope they remove pending periods for all players!

Normally its a 48-hr pending period but occasionally they process w/ds at the time when their cashiers operate. So 9 times out of 10 its a 48 hr pending period but the other time when it so happens that their cashier is doing batch payments they simply include yours as well. This is especially true of payouts on free chips as the amounts are relatively small.

The 48 hour pending period is an incredibly absurd policy and should be done away with. When I first started playing at Grande Vegas, I asked three different reps the reasoning behind the pending period and I got three totally different answers, of which none, made sense.

It's obvious that it's in place so that any withdrawals will hopefully be chipped away at until it's gone. Every time you reverse some of the funds that are 'pending', the 48 hours starts all over again. The whole process is shady and underhanded.

Do all rtg casinos have this policy?
