I love Casinomax and am a long-time player. Like the other's they are hit or mostly miss. I've been lucky recently, cashed out some of my winnings, and played a lot back. I always cash out with bitcoin. I cashed out Monday. Today they declined and said I have to go bank wire. I asked for clarity as I have not done this before. I asked the process and why. It was because I used a card. I used a card for most deposits for them. Then they said it would be another 3-5 business days after approval, but that my deposit has been returned and is playable. Is this a thing that happens? Thanks

Sure Karolina now runs with Casinomax and there's trust involved and they DO payout... but:

A.) It's very silly to deny a long-time player a preferred withdraw method just because the player decided to deposit with a different method.
B.) Inconvenience the player and force them withdraw to a different method, then turn around and place that withdraw on the bottom on
the pile and add an additional 3-5 business days. WTF
C.) Take so friggin' long to process a withdraw in this day and age.
D.) It's bullshit.

You asked if this is a thing that happens. Sure it does. But if it happened to me, I'd play elsewhere. I also don't have patience
for a casino who likes to sit on their hands for nearly a week to process a player's withdraw. No way Jose... No weekend withdraws too?

Hi slotheadlizard,

Congratulations on your win!

The casino terms state:

  • Any withdrawals will always be sent back to the processor by which deposits were made from whenever possible. The Casino reserve the right to decide via which payout option withdrawals will be paid to the Player.
I just checked and the previous spay out win was gained on deposit via Bitcoin and the latest one is on Credit card.

Cashier usually make a note of similar situations and as soon as player re-request the pay out they'll be back in the queue as before so there is no delay.

I will assure you that the pay out currently pending will be processed tomorrow morning.

Kind regards,
Karolina

Thanks so much for replying and emailing! I honestly just wondered if it were normal. As l mentioned l love Casinomax and was unfamiliar with wires for you.

Thank you so much for that information! I appreciate it. Yes switching to a wire sucks! ,It takes a few days. Last time was only like 3 or 4. I play other places for sure. I’ve been lucky here lately and trying to strike while the iron is hot. Casinomax is a solid option if you can be patient lol. Good Luck :)

Since she deposited via CC and most certainly your casino doesn't handle payouts back to cards anymore, why not just agree to
what she asked for, Cryptocurrency? Surely it's more costly to process a withdraw via bank wire than it is to process via Crypto.

This could mean that your casino hasn't fully embraced Crypto 100% or are still unfamiliar with the process, or you're trying to
make things more challenging for the player.

No disrespect to you at all Karolina, you're a legend. I'm just trying to wrap my head around why your casino still chooses to
operate like the stone age of gambling.

Hi Najasaki,

We are very familiar with the Bitcoin process etc. cashier just follows the casino terms in this instance. We spoke to the OP and all is straightened so any future pay outs will be processed via Bitcoin.

Kind regards,
Karolina

And what about quicker payouts for your verified customers that better align with the rest of the industry?

So if I deposit on Friday, I play and win, I hit withdraw but won't see that money hit my Crypto wallet until potentially
Wednesday of the following week? Don't you think that your standard 2 business days excluding weekend cash-outs for
Crypto withdraw is a bit too long for your players?

The beauty of Cryptocurrency is it's near instant, plus has the lowest fees from any other processing option. There really shouldn't
be anything stopping your establishment from processing payouts a lot quicker for a better customer experience.

This is my only hesitation from depositing and playing at Casino Max. The trust is definitely there but after growing accustomed
to instant or near instant payouts, I simply can't settle for anything else.

Hi Najasaki,

In regards to Bitcoin cash outs we usually pay in 24h business hours. I'm sure that if you would request pay out on Friday it would get processed on Monday morning as long as the account is fully verified.

Kind regards,
Karolina
