I definitely would be very careful there now. I also have been waiting for a withdrawal for a while and yes going through same thing with verification. I sent it last week after mailbox finally accepted it. It kept getting kicked backed saying that the box was full. Today they kicked them back saying documents were not clear so I took new pictures. Mind you they all looked clear as a bell to me. It definitely is a bummer when you have been playing somewhere for 16 years and then this.

So slimy, wow....it pains me to bend over for them but I want my money. I've only cashed out and paid thousands upon thousands. Disgusting, instead of on the 18th or 19th them saying to show a utility bill to quicken the process, It just sits there.

I can't believe sloto has finally turned to shit, if this is every cash out going forward I'll be moving on

Well mine finally got cut loose, his hasn't yet . My check should be here tomorrow. They are absolutely horrendous also for bitcoin payments.

What's disappointing is that they were always 2 days and then I was ok with that, the check showed up the next day.

I have to give bovada and inetbet credit as they pay in a few hours via btc

Yeah I used to love inetbet but havnt played there in some time so they still process in 24 hours then?

Yea hope yours goes well man. And oh yea I had a 2300 the other day from inetbet, had it in less than 24 hours...super quick and painless ,I was impressed. I know places like brango and casino extreme are noted to pay in minutes, but they're so tight for me I wouldn't ever know...so anytime these guys pay me in a handful of hours I'm totally impressed.

Inetbet seemed to have really upped their game in fast btc payouts

Not that it affects me at this point, but what is the explanation for the apparent double and sometimes triple verification that you are requiring of previously verified players? If you're doing this for all players, why not email them beforehand instead of them making them wait a week after they've requested a cashout before informing them they need to resubmit verification?

Can you confirm that management and ownership of the site have remained unchanged? Are you the same individual who has been managing this account in previous years?

Yea thats where my issue is, they let it sit there for a week or more and THEN say oh give us documents, no urgency at all. And then say we need time to verify, and then you resubmit.

I'm curious as well if that account is run by Georgina still, she was excellent

It's amazing how they used to be literally a month or two ago til now how fast it can change..I have a payout that I cashed a few days ago still just sitting there. It feels truly like they've went rogue in just trying every tactic now to stall, un fucking believable

And it's STILL just sitting in under review and hasn't updated since January 26th. And Sloto has told me oh we will look into it over the weekend.

Fucking horrible on all levels

It's amazing these people never ever, ever...struggle to take our money. They never say haaaaang on now, before you give me this 100 let's see here, can you supply documents??

not good at all. 5 days later they claim they sent me email requesting documentation, which I of course, did not receive. Requesting my ID after 10 years of playing lol. Something going on and I will move on from Slotocash going forward

Just would ike to provide an update. Sloto (rep here) helped promptly and I finally got paid a week after. I did have to submit my picture and copy of ID. Though about closing an account, but decided one more deposit and bum, happened to win again. after 3 days of waiting, same story happening. expiriencing delays, please wait another 2-3 business days, etc..

I PMed rep again and hope to get it resolved fast, but I guess this is very bad sign for casino once very reliable. I am done playing there

Yea I am totally dumbfounded as to what this is considered or what is going on.

So they released my check from last week then a day or two later i got an email of them saying they let that check pass but they need a copy of a utility bill.

It's like wtf are they doing?

@Sloto can you explain why long time paying members are now being harassed nonstop about verification? Is this just the thing now with sloto to delay? Because I gotta be honest if it happens again I'm probably shutting down, because there's a line where it's insulting.

Have the issues been resolved? I got my check withdrawal approved and usually it arrives next day but not this time. Still waiting 2 days after approval

I sure wish I would have seen this last week. I only played @ Sloto because I read here that they may be tight but they ALWAYS pay...even after total nosedives on my first several deposits... So I guess yall can welcome me to Hell because I am about to try to cash out. Fingers crossed.

I will say they aren't that tight, its why I always played there as sloto has been looser than most

Have you ever had trouble from your bank cashing their checks or doing bank wires? I now have 2 cash outs one at Raging Bull and one at Slotto. This is a whole new world for me.

Nope never an issue, I only do checks or btc tho so can't speak for wires or raging bull in general.
