Well, I sent them a message on here (to the "sloto" account) three and a half months ago and never got a reply, if that means something. It doesn't exactly seem active as far as I can tell. Not sure if they've abandoned CM or not, with the US accredited section gone I guess there's less incentive for them to be active here.
I had a negative experience with another casino, Superior casino, where they took 3 months to pay me a $3,000 win, used every stalling tactic in the book, repeatedly cancelled withdrawals with no explanation, several days to respond to anything, and asking me to repeat already completed verification similar to the poster above (I had completed the standard ID and address verification years ago but apparently they were asking everyone to complete it again along with giving them a faxback form and your bank account info.)
So after I received my final cashout from superior casino, 4-5 days later I tried depositing at a slotocash casino and found my login just seemed to bug out. After wasting 15-20 minutes trying to figure out what was going on I learned from live chat that my account was blocked, so I asked if they could have someone email me what was going on. They never got back to me, and about a month later I messaged the rep here at casinomeister if they could at least give me some information - or respond at all at least if they didn't want to say anything specific about what was going on - but I never heard back. That was over 3 months ago and I don't see any activity from the sloto account so I'm not sure if it's abandoned.
I hadn't really gambled anywhere else in the time period from my last $500 or so withdrawal at superior to my deposit at slotocash, so I wonder if Superior casino vindictively put me on some kind of player list as I politely but not so happily called out their stall tactics as I was forced to go back and forth with them to reverify and get paid, and if that caused sloto to block my account. But obviously I have no way of knowing for sure if that was the cause, or they decided they didn't like something about my play, or who knows what. All my deposits at this particular casino (Red Stag, which was also the last slotocash casino I had played) were losing ones and I hadn't played at any other casinos recently. I'm actually still able to play at Superior casino as far as I can tell (not that I ever will again), albeit without bonuses available.
So yeah I've just been rewarded by Sloto with a wall of silence for my time spent playing there, apparently completely unwilling to send me the tiniest message. Think I opened my original account around 7 years ago. And I have no idea if they've just abandoned casinomeister or if they're still around here since they just ignored my message here as well.
I felt like posting about this stuff months ago but have been incredibly busy and my health isn't the best so I just haven't had the energy to deal with online casino BS. Actually kind of happy to not be spending much time with these casinos recently but still not fun when they decide to treat you like you've done something wrong without a word of explanation.
Beyond that, I can't speak to the specific claims of the OP, but I can reiterate that their communication seems to have disappeared and their account revalidation sounds like the same sort of BS I experienced at Superior casino.
