I've played at Slotocash and Jackpot Capital for nearly 9 years it's been my GO TO for great action and payouts. The staff all new me and treated me well. I've won thousands at both casinos. 10,000. right before Thanksgiving and cash out slow but certain, as usual. However........on the 4th of December my 500 withdrawal proved to be a big TELL. I received an email stating that it violated the max be term attached to bonus monies. As I had bet over 10$ 185 times. (keep in mind this is my usual way of play) but as a courtesy to me they where going to make an exception and payout. Whew. 2 day later the money is back in my account (REVERSED) I get an email saying new terms security etc requires an updated documents send copy of ID etc. I do so and withdraw again. on the 8th its REVERSED. I get a strange email saying its been declined because I included a message saying merry Christmas Happy Hanukah Happy Holidays. I contact chat support. suddenly I notice everyone has ENGLISH names. Patricia Tim etc. and I'm thinking uh-oh this isn't good all my peeps are GONE. I ask chat and they admit new management. said DL expired. I send DL again. on the 10th I'm told in chat DL received and cash out in final stage. ON 12th I get email saying withdrawal declined due to expired DL. Basically run around and around and around. THANK GOOD I was able to cash out my $10,000. in November. Now I'm worried about Jackpot Capital because they have new peeps in support too. Anyone know anything about this situation. Jessie
