Complaint Resolved. Whaaaat?!

I thought it only fair that I post to this thread with some surprising good news. After speaking with Jason, Grand Fortune's rep here on CM, and further talking with GFC's banking dept, GFC proposed an amicable deal. All in all, GFC has surpassed my expectations. The system of "fraud services" used by casinos is flawed, but that doesn't change the fact that I have a negative report against me somewhere (I never learned any details beyond a small "disputed charge" in 2012). And given the sweeping T&Cs that casinos have, I resigned myself to never seeing a dime from GFC. So imagine my surprise when they met me half way. I feel that GFC did the right thing, but also went above and beyond what was expected of them.
