UPDATE
I did offer to make a neteller deposit (not sure why but anyway....) to allow me to be paid via that method, but Sean at finance said no and that he is going to the local bank branch personally to send an express bank wire......which is good service and avoids the processor delays....BUT and its a BIG BUT....I have to wait for the processor to confirm the cheque they sent is cancelled which could take 'several days'. I reasoned that it would be several weeks before it was presented anyway even if I did deposit into my bank account so why the wait, but management will not re-issue a payment without the cheque being stopped.........
Well, this is complete bullshite - this is a pretty standard way to enable a player to switch to receiving payment through Neteller. The "you must deposit via Neteller before we can pay...." is a simple method of linking you to the specified Neteller account. Sean seems to be stalling, as agreeing to this would leave NO ROOM for further stalling payment, which could be more or less a few minutes after the link has been established through the deposit. Sean's chosen solution, while it seems he is pulling out all the stops to SPEED UP payment, is the complete opposite, and will serve to slow it down by the combination of a number of factors.
1) Stopping a cheque - days to weeks.
2) Trying a bank wire - opening the door to the "wrong details" excuse.
3) Renegotiating payment FROM SCRATCH when this fails.
My update.
Nearing the end of the 48-hour period that they said I would get my money bam they are now citing technical difficulties (with ecocard) and they cant pay me. They want my bank details but having read Nifty's and VWM's posts I told them to fxxx off as I am pretty sure they will come back and say the details are wrong.
They told me several days ago that they had resolved the tech issues with ecocard. If they had really pursued it, like Cherry Red, the problem would definitely have been solved. I have told them to get back and discuss with ecocard as the problems are not too difficult to overcome. I know this would be another week or so of delay but if I had taken the Bank wire option this would mean months. These guys are really bastards.
This is borderline ROGUE territory, there are no "real" dificulties with ecocard, otherwise there would be one almighty hue & cry in the industry. The "technical dificulties" are down to Go Wild specifically, yet they claim to have THREE different processors on the job (including the dud one they started with).
It looks VERY much like a repeat performance of HippoJo, who also had so many "technical dificulties" that seemed to affect no one else in the industry.
They have top notch software (Microgaming), and are based in the EU, and with this just have no business whatsoever being so very "accident prone".
I strongly suspect there is a different, and well hidden, set of issues that are being generalised as "recurrent technical difficulties", but that MAY point to an underlying, and possibly quite serious, fundamental issue with the group.
They seem to have come "out of nowhere", and started sending promotions to a few selected players, which got them some free exposure on the forums. This got them even more players, but also seemed to be the start of their problems.
Floyd may simply be keeping a low profile because of the disagreement with Max over "bonus abuse", but by refusing to act as rep for players, and ignoring all problems presented by PM, he is going to run the risk of killing this casino stone dead before the end of the year if the PABs keep piling up, and no-one is prepared to comment from Go Wild.
Many of these new problems are NOT "bonus abuse", they are about inability to pay through what should be bog-standard methods for online casinos.
I at least have my 600, and a 30 chip for my inconvenience (x29 WR of course). I had better play it sooner rather than later, just in case
