About Us
Its been 2 weeks since I filed PAB. No updates yet, hopefully I hear something soon.

Bryan's post in the other thread (where I can currently not post anymore, due to the new limitations requiring "Fully Registered Member" status) suggests that there should be a solution in sight.
Personally I have not yet been contacted by the casino, but did receive another bonus offer this morning.![]()
I think this fiasco has went on long enough myself and this bunch should have a well earned and quick trip straight to the Rogue Pit ! This is a sham for a MG powered casino to be acting in this Rogue way for this long of a period now. It might be a little more tolerable from a less prominent software ran casino but this is a MG Casino we are talking about here.
If it were the affiliates not getting paid for this length of time I could see this casino already in the Rogue Pit if the same standards were applied to "GoWild" that were applied to the "Grand Prive" group ! Don't the players also have a contract (implied) that is, and also expect to be paid in a timely manner ?
people are going to think you have GONEWILD yourselfHell yeah! Kill them all! and burn down their houses!

Noted. If it was simply an issue that players were being checked for fraud and only bona fide players would be paid then that is OK by me. However, it seems they are stalling practically everyone and even those not related to fraud. They might eventually pay out but while not exactly rogue, they deserve the tag 'Proceed with caution' IMO.
Any updates?
For the record, they DID pay me, HOWEVER, this issue has been enough to DETER me from placing any more deposits their way because there is such a lack of information as to what is going on, and the "stalling" experienced by some players makes me wary they have overstretched themselves on their initial launch offers, and CANNOT pay quickly due to cashflow bottlenecks. The current economic and legal climate makes this scenario pretty credible.
GoWild initially claimed that US players were welcome, and having MGS put a stop to this shortly after they launched must have thrown their business plans WAY off balance.
At least with MGS casinos, player's funds are protected by a "trust fund", which makes it likely that MGS would be taking an interest in any possibility of Go Wild being unable to meet it's liabilities, and will take action as they did when Casino Action merely told MGS they were INTENDING to wind up the business.
Go Wild's biggest problem is that this issue is scaring off players from depositing, and allowing it to drag on, and further to break off communications in forums they have placed a rep into, means that a quick and fair resolution is needed.
Any future new casino should learn from this, and NOT launch with such a careless SUB that lands them with a load of advantage players and fraudsters, with too few "genuine" players to balance out the cashflow.
Had GoWild launched with the offers they have in place now, none of this would have happened, and they could well have had players wanting to nominate them for "best new casino" for their "fastpay" service, and promised revolution in the industry.
I had been hoping their "fastpay" would be similar to the Casino Action "instant Neteller payments", and this would certainly be something worth having back again. Some casinos come close though, payments within the hour (or two), but only during the working week. The Casino Action system was different in that it was player initiated, and worked 24/7.
It's probably from an affiliate - not directly from the casino. Or is it?Today I received bonus offer from them, f*****g priceless![]()
It appears to be directly from them - it comes from their email address and contains no affiliate code anywhere in the email, which is text only.
I'm afraid offtherecord is correct, I got one too. It is for an offer (very RTG like) of a 35% bonus for deposits under 100, and 50% for deposits over 100. This can be used twice per day (this is what REALLY got me thinking of RTG type offers) It comes from the email addrsss stated by Go Wild themselves that we should "whitelist" in order to receive promotions.
It lacks completeness in that it simply states that deposits of 100 and over will receive 50%, but NO MAXIMUM is given. Under these rules, I could deposit a huge wad, well, it's over 100, and get 50% on top. It beggars belief that there is no upper limit, when the casino website itself has the VIP Club section that defines "up to 1000" for VIP bonuses.
There was no link to specific rules, that might hopefully have expanded on the upper limit for this offer, so I have to rely on the general terms. These have been updated again on 11th December, and include a list of "zero weighted games", but these are REALLY "excluded" games, and the casino "reservers the right to confiscate winnings......" should these zero weighted games be played while there is any remaining WR from a bonus.
In terms of "evilness", this only gets SECOND place, check the updated terms at Prime casino and they are WORSE - Non Progressive Slots only, 60x, and confiscated winnings for playing other games with bonus.
I tested this, and deposited the minimum needed to conduct a proper test, 100. Well, I got only 25. I went on live chat, and they had to manually add the extra 25%. Seems this is how it works, but it should say so in the email, otherwise from the player's point of view it gets a bit "scary".
Further discussion resulted in CS revealing this was indeed a LEGITIMATE email promotion from the casino itself, and not the work of an affiliate.
Compared with the promotional emails I generally get from other casinos, this was pretty amateurish, so no wonder it can look like the half-baked concoction of a rogue affiliate.
I noticed a further BACKWARD step also, the "bonus bubble" no longer appears, as though Go Wild INTENTIONALLY want to make things hard for players in tracking their WR and not accidentally breaching terms. I then found that the EZBonus error is present, in that when you bust out, your WR is carried over by the system.
This is bad enough, but with the bonus indicator removed, how can players defend a case of "early withdrawal". They may take a bonus on a zero balance, wager MORE than the 29x stipulated on slots, but the back end might have a hidden carry over, and this could create an unjust accusation of withdrawing before completing WR.
Having zero weighted games DOES NOT necessitate the removal of the casino from the MG bonus system, it can cope with it. The terms at GoWild STILL describe WR and weightings as if EZBonus were in use, with most slots at 100%, and a few other game types at 5%, with a list of zero weighted and excluded games - play on which could result in confiscated winnings.
Many aspects of the casino lobby are STILL UNFINISHED, so get the effin builders back in to complete the work!
STILL under construction, enter with hard hats only, are:-
1) The withdrawal page - produces a "table error" message, although you have to scroll down to see it.
2) Loyalty (my accounts/view or redeem loyalty points)
Top page - UNFINISHED - ALL TIERS from BLUE to PLATINUM offer the same benefits, F*** ALL!!!! What is the point of playing to rise through the tiers.
Tier benefit details - page error - they can't even be bothered to have a holding page, this is just untidy, as if on a building site you have walked through a door of a house being built and have found yourself on the street!!! (I don't mean the FRONT door, either!).
The overall impression is that this is an "after school project" type operation, rather than the kind of professional, slick, and visibly well run operation one might expect.
There is only so long players can be expected to bear this "under construction", situation before they start to feel it has become a "never going to get finished" situation.
Does anyone know if they are at least licenced by the LGA now so an official complaint can be made?
Have you seen this in their sign-up bonus terms: "4. Please note that our first deposit bonus is mandatory."

Eh?
Won't catch me there.
Yup, that's where we're headed if they don't make good on their statement to pay those players, the PABers, this week.

Yikes...
That, to me, is predatory. No player should be forced to take a bonus under any circumstances - I think Malta should be informed about this - and if they have somehow managed eCOGRA certification (haven't looked myself) - eCOGRA should be notified as well.
as far as i know only the first deposit bonus is a must, all you need to do as ask before you make a deposit not to get the auto bonus. that's what im doing anyway.

after all of the BS that's going on with this place, you still choose to play there?![]()
In the words of Meatloaf....You took the words right outta my mouth.

That's the one. Oh the love GoWild brings to us..![]()

to be honest i have seen only the same people complain here, i got few withdrawal from them pretty fast. the customer support is the best i've seen in the last few years. so yeah the payout is microgmings and all the rest is great.
im reading in other forums good things as well so before you take everything said here as granted - check it yourself
I enjoy playing there
This has a familiar ring to it. I was told by the Wildgaming support staff not to believe what is said in the forums. It seems that many of us are liars then.
