Bonus Complaint Golden Euro does not pay my winnings

    Hello. With me there was such an unpleasant situation. In mid-December 2017, I decided to register and play at the Golden Euro Casino. I activated a no deposit bonus in the casino and fulfilled the requirements for this bonus. After that, I sent a photo of my documents to the casino for verification. The casino answered me that it had accepted the documents. Then the fun began.Since the casino is accredited on your website, I thought that I would not have problems with the payment. How I was wrong. I put the money to the withdraw with the skrill, but the money did not come to me about two weeks. I asked the casino chat why they did not pay me my winnings, they answered that they had some kind of technical error and they canceled the winnings. I decided to try again to withdraw the winnings on the skrill.The casino again canceled the payment, but this time the casino did not explain the reason for canceling the withdrawal of money. I went back to the casino and saw that the casino had a way to withdraw to the bitcoin wallet (until this point, this method of withdrawal was not present in the casino). I put the winnings on the output of the bitcoin wallet, but a couple of days later I received a letter stating that withdrawal of money was canceled again and that the casino does not process the withdrawal for bitcoin-wallet.For me it became unclear why the casino cancels output to bitcoin, if the casino itself added this method of withdrawal to the cashier quite recently. I turned to the chat casino with this question. I was told that when I put money into the withdrawal, this method was not present in the cashier. But he was present, because if it were not, then I could not make a withdrawal of money for bitcoin. I asked in the chat if the casino would withdraw money from me, if I once again try to make a conclusion on the bitcoin wallet? In the chat they answered yes.I once again tried to make a withdrawal of money for a bitcoin-wallet, but the casino again canceled my withdrawal, although in the chat they told me that the casino would process it. For me, the behavior of the casino seemed strange. I tried for the third time to withdraw money through the skrill, but the casino again canceled my withdrawal of money and did not explain the reason for the cancellation. Then, unexpectedly for me, the casino asked to be photographed with a passport in hand. I was photographed with a passport in my hands and sent to the casino.Then the casino simply blocked my account for reasons I did not understand. I do not want to say anything bad about the casino, but even a fool obviously that the casino is just trying not to pay the winnings. This casino first about 5 times canceled my win for unknown reasons, and then just blocked my account. I want to warn all new players so that they do not play in this casino, and I also want to ask for help in solving the situation that I had with this casino.

    I did not create a PAB, because the rules for creating a PAB indicated that before creating a pub you need to contact a representative of the casino. But I did not find a representative of the Golden Euro in the list of casino representatives. So at first I turned for help here.

    From your location "Belbium" I'm going to assume you're from Belgium... (if not this doesn't apply to the situation) You shouldn't even play at that casino since it's against the gambling laws, they don't have a license to operate in Belgium and shouldn't even accept Belgian players. Moreover the Belgian Gaming Commission could give you a fine for playing at an unlicensed casino. For a list of licensed casino's and gaming websites you can check the GC's website. Perhaps that's the reason they ultimately blocked your account.
