I am a frequent gambler and I have not posted here in a while. I deposited about 2000.00 at gold key casino I put in the coupon code and when I made the deposit nothing came up. I was really upset so I got a hold of customer service. They said they would not give it too me. This is a low class lowdown peice of crap casino with no morals dont play with them they suck and prob. dont pay either. I will post on every site about gold key and bring them down to the ground

Are you saying you redeemed the coupon but the bonus was not given when you deposited? Otherwise,if you cannot redeem the coupon,you simply dont deposit and suffer no loss.

I guess you could just draw your money right back out and not go back. They could have warned you that you weren't eligible for bonuses.

I put in code it said I would get it and I never did. I called n
they say no record of me ever putting in a code so this sucks I want my bonus now

I've had nothing but good experiences with gold key. I take up one or two of their bonus offers every weekend. Most bonuses you can play out on Black Jack or multihand video poker (full pay jacks or better, and I think slightly +VE joker poker). Cash outs take a few days and you need to send ID when you first cash out over $200 but aside from that I've had no problems. In fact I'd say they were my favourite online casino.
