You are completely missing the point. In Gemma's case she has been harrassing the Rep on a daily basis. I was hoping that he would address. I figured she must be up on the casino to keep playing there. If she is up, what is she bitching about? Also, he comped her more then any other casino would. I have closed my account at Betspin as well but mostly because I didn't like the game offerings. I lost as well, but did I ask for comps? No, they are not obligated under any circumstances and to attack a casino like this is not right. If you don't like it, move on to the next casino!

The point is that as a paying customer who.has praised this casino I'm no longer satisfied. Expressing that opinion is not an attack but an expression of an opinion.

It is my view, one which I have formed over time and with regard to my own experiences and expectations. You may agree, you may disagree. Entirely your prerogative.

There was talk during the BBF of BS being a very early contender for casino of the year at the CM awards and yes Phil and Mikko were very present in the forum and also very helpful, not to mention very responsive and MORE than generous than they needed to be from the posts I read back then.

I totally appreciate that casino managers, staff, reps etc do not live to serve this forum and that it is 'added extra' rather than mandatory, however there did not seem to be a 'back off gently' scenario at all, rather an 'All guns blazing' to total 'radio silence' which although nothing untoward was very off putting in my view.

I will, should they decide to send low roller friendly offers thru once in a while have no problem at all with playing again at Betspin as during my handful of deposits It was actually one of my 'luckier' casinos and I believe that I am still in lifetime profit there.

As discussed before I agree that there was a radio silence for a while but this was in no way intentional but rather just due to some changes as explained. My mistake was that I was not more involved myself after the start as much as I should have been. But as explained earlier I have taken the responsibility for now and try to be as involved as before if not more.

Now that it transpired that the OP actually is in overall profit at Bet Spin, I am amazed at the cheek of asking for compensation when those profits are being taken back by the casino simply by playing games that by nature have a house edge. Gemma, i can only recommend you to agree a fixed comp with the Betspin rep which will be credited once or twice a week based on your losses. That way you know what you are getting and spare yourself the frustrations.

If you keep going though as you have in this 16 page pretty useless thread then i have to repeat myself yet again:

Grow up, take it on the chin that you can be declined a comp, carry on playing at Betspin if it is your lucky hangout...if not move on to other pastures where you might feel in better hands, plenty of choice out there. just please stop posting and spare us repeated reading of the same stuff

Whilst I do think the OP has been over the top and unreasonable with their threads and posts about betspin I do agree with citizen here completely. Belittling and making fun of a genuine forum member is not cool imo.

I agree Jon but i would just add that there is a time and a place. As a serious contributor to this thread I don't feel this is either. It's fine to take the mick in a lighthearted thread but when its a bit more serious then I think people need to be careful lest they look like they're having a dig. I don't think that was your intent at all for the record!

Badgering casino reps for "free" money or comps will not only scare them off, it can be a big turn-off to members of this community - as already noted by a number of individuals here. It also violates our rules and forum etiquette.
