I started playing in this site 2-3 years ago.I have made some withdrawals in the past with no serious problem. They just tried every time to delay my withrawals for untrue reasons. So,i stoped playing in this site for a long time.I started playing again the last 10 days and when i tried to withdraw 400 euros they closed my account and rejected my withdrawal. They believed that i used an aiding program this time and i admitted i used a program to analyse some moves in my last few games. So,they took 50 euros from my account and let me play 100 more games before i could make transactions again.I started playing my games and the next day they close my account again for no reason.I had played so far 58 games. The next day they opened my acoount without saying why they had closed it a second time.I have, now, completed my 100 games, but they rejected my withdrawal of 550 euros(all my money, because i won't play there again) and i contacted them today and they say i didn't complete 100 games yet and that is why they rejected and they will tell me later details or something.Of course,i have played exactly 100 games. At least this time they didn't block my account.I have searched the internet and i found same stories as mine.If anyone has any ideas what to do please tell me.

I dont know what youre asking, but since its obvious your a cheat, you should be very happy for every penny you get out of there.

I stopped playing on this site a few months ago because the combination of insane rake and a number of cheaters makes it pretty much impossible to win anything.

Edit:
I would like to add that there are some holes in your story as well.
Most likely you used programs during whole games and matches and not just "some moves".
To see that a player has used software during a game or a whole match is fairly simple, but to see that a player has used software during just some moves is near impossible.

Personally I would think that your documented use of a play tracker probably sinks your boat, but if you want to pursue the issue you should have a look at our Pitch a Bitch process.

Word of warning though: we have a "one free shot" policy with the PABs, meaning your first one can be on any casino or poker room you like. Subsequent PABs will only be considered if they concern sites that are on the Accredited Casino or Accredited Poker lists.

Thank you for your answers.I have played almost 1000 games in this site and i have withdrawn before. In my previous withdrawals they claimed they wanted my address information(which i have given before)to reject my withdrawal and the other time they blamed me for bad behaviour to reject my withdrawal again. Not true.

This time they found this to claim.I was honest.I did use a program to analyse some moves in my last 50 games, which i played the last 4-5 days. But either way they blame players for no reason.Perhaps i shouldn't have admited it.

If you search the internet you will find other players facing the same problem.

The above site is down right now i am typing this message,so i couldn't find the direct link.

I analysed my games and send them the analysis of each of my last games that shows i have an error rate per decision -3,5.

First of all, cheating in backgammon is fairly common, so Im not surprised by seing a lot of people getting their funds confiscated and accounts closed.
As far as I know only in the Sorenson case they clearly made a mistake.

My advice is to play some more without software and wait a month or so before trying to cash out. They havent locked your account, but it migth be under investigation or something.

Erik Sorensen and Neil Kazaross, who are well known players in the backgammon community had the same problems as almost everyone who tried to withdraw big money from them. And we all listen the same excuses.

I haven't received a reply from them yet. They only said to me:

Hello,

You withdraw request was rejected since our management has found that you have not completed the 100 games you were requested to complete.

This matter is currently being handled by our management and we will update you as soon as we receive their answer.

I migth be wrong here, but I dont even think Neil Kazaross plays backgammon for big money online or even at all because of all the cheating going on in the backgammon rooms.

I don't know for sure about Kazaross, but i have read somewhere that he had the same problems with gammonempire. The whole story of Erik Sorensen is here:

Can anyone advise me of what to do in this case?I have contacted Alderney Gambling Control and they said they are going to investigate.Any ideas?

even if you didn't analyze, you could still manually replicate the game in snowie and determine what move to make, right?

both sides have the ability to do this, so why not allow it? it isn't like steroids in the olympics, it's using a mathematical aid akin to a calculator or blackjack strat card.

and being a game of chance, even the mathematically best move might fail you come the next throw of the dice.

not only by a monetary urge when playing for stakes, but also for my own continued apprenticeship in mastering the game, i would always want to know what the "book says" move is in that spot.

and ftr i have no position on the specific scenario of the OP. it's most likely against the rules to use a bot or real-time-analyze the game, so having admitted doing so, the jig is up. yet if this is so, why does the site then reopen the account and force more play? weird situation about which i have no idea what opinion i should have.

What exactly would the point of playing for real money be then?
Why pay to play vs GNU or Snowie when u can buy/download them both and play for free?
Only the house would win.
Why have player vs player games at all?
Just set up bots and let everyone play vs the bots! And pay rake off course.

After one and a half month and still haven't got paid. They just rejecting my withdrawals without giving a reason.I PABed a month ago,but we didn't have any news so far.I don't know what else to do.I have started believing that i won't take my money.

I contacted alderney, but haven't received a final reply yet.I have also contacted some courts in Tel Aviv and am waiting to see what is gonna happen.I don't know why we can't find a solution.
Maxd told me he was going to post a warning before 2 weeks and i will be notified when that happens, but nothing yet.
I contacted the support at gammonempire but they keep saying ridiculous things.I asked them why are they keep rejecting my withdrawals and here is what they replied:

Hello,

Thank you for contacting us.

You lost many swing tournaments on purpose in order to manipulate your rating with a minimum loss; your case is being reviewed by the management.

We will reply as soon as possible.

And about 10 days before i have asked them the same question and here is what did i get:

Hello,

Thank you for contacting us.

Since you didn't complete the games you were required properly (you
played swing tournaments instead of a single game) we have transferred
this matter to the management for further examination.

Once this will come to a conclusion regarding this they will reply you
with an answer.

Sincerely

It is obvious that they don't even remember why they started rejecting my withdrawals in the first place. That behaviour is simply unacceptable and has put me in a lot of stress.

Maxd told me he was going to post a warning before 2 weeks and i will be notified when that happens, but nothing yet.

Maxd is a very busy little bunny since he returned from vacation and will get to your case in due course. FWIW, a month processing a case it totally typical, many take much longer if the situation is at all complicated.

Maxd,i hope you had a nice vacation.I didn't say this in any way as a complaint.I am really thankful that you wanted to help me anyway.

I would like also to say about my case, that today i received 3 emails saying that i can make a withdrawal and gonna be paid.I don't know why they sent me 3 different emails saying pretty much the same thing, but that's what they did.People say, seeing is believing, so i have to see it first before i believe it.:)

I am posting again just to let you know that today they finally paid me.I have no idea what made them change their minds, but i am suspecting maxd did something.:p

I would like also to thank maxd for all his help and all of you guys that gave me advises and support.A big THANK YOU is the least i can do to show you my appreciation.:notworthy:notworthy:notworthy
