Hi, I've been using the 32Red download/premium casino for years to play my favourite games, (Multiplayer Isis specifically but also IR, TSII, TFROL, MM and Playboy). A few days ago, I noticed my favourites list was a lot shorter and the one I play all the time, Multiplayer Isis, had disappeared. This happened once before in November 2015 and then it came back in January 2016.
I also found that MP Playboy has been removed. What's strange is all of the other MP games are still there and they hardly ever have players. The two most popular, MP Isis and MP Playboy have gone. I then saw that, although IR and TSII were still listed, TFROL and the standard Playboy game had gone as well.
After contacting 32Red support, they've said they're trying to encourage people to use the browser version of their site and at some point, the download casino won't be available at all. The problem here is that none of the multiplayer games from the download version are on their website and from the chat advisor's lack of response, they're not going to be.
Secondly, I hate the browser versions of my favourite games. I like playing them in the download casino because they're full screen and changing the stake is much easier with + and - buttons than having to click the stake button to open a new window and then changing the slider bar on the browser versions. I also hate the fact that the browser versions of these games seem tiny because they're just a small square in the middle of the screen on top of a background.
I've been with 32Red for years and spend a lot every month playing MP Isis and now I've got no reason to play there. MP Isis was always a popular game and had multiple rooms with a lot of players day and night, so it's a really odd decision.
Do any of you play at other MG casinos where a download version is available and still has MP Isis listed? I'm trying to work out if this is just a 32Red decision or a MG forced one...
Thanks
