Hi,

Does anyone know what's happened to Ciara, Casinomeister Rep for Gala Casino? I've sent her 2 PM's; 2nd and 22nd September but thus far, haven't had a reply. I do see that she's not been online since 3rd September, so little bit disappointed I didn't receive a response to my first PM

Reps of Accredited Casinos are obliged to respond to PMs in a reasonable time-frame.
It seems clear that they have not in your case, so report it to CM or Max.

Thanks KK, Bryan has been alerted to their absenteeism. FWIW I've got a number of PAB'd Gala Casino issues that I'm having problems with too, so it seems it's not just the forum members that are being ignored lately.

IMO Gala needs to step up to their Accred responsibilities ASAP, meaning now.

FWIW the Gala people have told us that the outstanding PABs are in progress and that someone will be stepping up to hand the rep duties. I believe Ciara has been promoted to a level where forum duties are no longer on her plate.

Well as happy as i am for Ciara, wouldn't a good reason to have promoted someone be their dedication to their current tasks? she could have let the people she was dealing with here, you included, know what was going on, i.m.o.

Good to know they will be on the case again soon.
