Fun Casino - deposit limit issue

    This is a bit of a random one..

    Last month I set a deposit limit at funcasino.com of £10 a month. I know I did because it did not let me deposit afterwards, and I had a bad run there so wanted to restrict my play time there.

    Today it let me deposit more than this, so curious I checked my limit, and the limit was gone.. However I never did this...

    Support told me this..

    What i can see you acftivated your Daily bet / loss on the 24 of March.
    You made a limit of 100,000,000.00 that is still applied to your account.

    Why would you make a limit of ONE HUNDRED MILLION POUNDS... wtf... This is nonsense...

    Where would you go with this? I just find it crazy my deposit limit can just be changed and then be told it was never there all without me doing anything

    Can you please PM your email address so I can have a look at your account?

    As for UK customers, by default your account requires a limit.
    Therefore during onboarding, automatically the following limits are set:
    Deposit: 100k a day
    Bet: 100m a day
    Loss: 100m a day
    These are default limits which can always be decreased and a decrease takes effect immediately.

    You can increase or reset your limits, if that's done a 7 day cool off period will apply.

    @itsover2014 I had something similar on a cherry brand casino...can't remember which exactly. I set a deposit limit and ended up spending more than my limit. I queried it a few days later as I was fairly sure I'd set it and wanted clarification. My account was instantly banned and I was put under investigation for two weeks at which point they closed my account and gave no reason and refused to discuss. Truly bizarre behaviour. My guess is they knew they made an error and this was their way of making the problem go away. Exactly the same thing happened to another CM member.
