Hello,

I've made a playthrough on Fortune Reels 30GBP free chip and wanted to withdraw my awesome 450GBP, but in a 5 days I received an email that my withdrawal was reveresed. On my account balance I've found silly 25 of my deposit and live chat operator said that my winnings were voided by the decision of "casino manager".

The reason is INCORRECT CURRENCY, as they explained GBP are only for the UK residents.

But:
1) There is no such a point at their T&C
2) I've played at other Rivals and there cashed out freechips and deposit bonuses in GBP without any hesitation.

Of course I understand that withdrawing 100GBP is not the same with 450, but as for me it looks like that they are just too greedy.

Their behaviour is so roguish, please advise me what shall I do

many casios have this rule for gbp.

i looked on the fortune reel page and indeed couldnt find it in their terms.

but they can explain it as you looked for an advantage and thats enough to void your winnings, as what you did can be considered as kind of strategy to use gbp to gain more profit compared to us$ etc..

imho they should pay you as its not clearly stated in their terms that gbp can only be used by uk residents.

you can try to contact thre rep here on board but it seems their decision is final:(

cheers

Yeap, I knew this. That's why I'm playing with euros at playtech. But as I said it's not mentioned anywhere and also I don't have any problems with other rivals

Also why not to pay me in EUR rather than cancel my winnings :D
that's all because it was a freechip a suppose...

It is unwise to play in GBP if you are not a UK resident. It just looks like you are "up to something", and draws attention to your account. I am surprised other Rivals didn't spot this. They would expect a Russian player to be using the US Dollar, and a European player to be using the Euro (where offered), or the US dollar. UK players are expected to use the GBP, or the US Dollar, or even the Euro. In this respect, the UK players are lucky, since playing in our own currency ALREADY gives us the advantage:D Some casino INSIST on UK players using the GBP, but I am more than happy to oblige;)
