I'm getting ready for the EIG in Barcelona, and if you'd like me to pose any questions to any operators or software providers, now is the time. Please post them in this thread, and as the conference commences I'll be checking them out. :D

I've asked them about this before, and the answer is that their licensees have voiced their opinion that it would be a non-competitve move. I could talk to them and see if I can convince them that many companies are doing this now, so it may be a competitive thing to do.

Or you could tell them it would be a non-lose buisiness strategy, a pr stunt if you like. Everybody knows the RTP is crusial to a slot-lover manic enough to be a Casinomeister, but in practice it makes not that huge difference. People play the slots they like, RTP revieling could be their next thingy. Your members have calculated on that one for years, and as always, the casino wins in the long term...

Hi Bryan, i'd love to know why Everymatrix are setting up shop in the US?
You do not have permission to view link Log in or register now.

I mean it's obvious but i would like to hear some dates, prognoses and goals if possible.

Also if any news on IGT licenses is due...
If they have plans to release their games to some countries, specifically the Netherlands, that are impatiently awaiting them, and of course if yes i would like to have an estimate on when approximately this could happen.

Cheers

I don't buy that.

The TRTP is the same across the board, so no single operator would be at an advantage nor disadvantage whether or not they showed the figures. If anything, the playing field is not level NOW, because there IS information about the TRTP of some MGS games floating around, and there are some sites that DO give the figures, and this will become more common shortly thanks to the impending UKGC requirements from the end of next year.

Having the figures available to everyone would level the playing field.

Currently, there are some who believe that the TRTP is hidden for sinister reasons, and a determination to resist making such information available only feeds this "conspiracy theory" further. If anything, for MGS, it would be an asset to publish the figures, as many players would be pleasantly surprised to find that most are not 95%, they are higher, higher than the competing softwares. It would also prove once and for all that the TRTP is "set in stone" across the board for MGS games, unlike some other brands.

MGS casinos would not compete on TRTP, but on promotions, customer service, etc.

I for one would like to see more Casinomeister perks such as contests and tournaments geared toward USA.

Please ask Rival why they don't take a hand in resolving idisputes when casinos do not pay their players?

Bryan,

Please ask whoever is responsible for compiling the blacklist of players who are alleged to have chargebacks what avenue there is to challenge these allegations. Right now, particularly RTG casinos, use the list to either disallow players to continue making deposits/playing or attempt to void winnings. The whole thing lacks transparency.

All valid points, but you could also argue that the more accurately a slot's TRTP is know, the easier to reverse engineer. I think gaming companies spend a lot of money and man hours to create games that play well, and would see the algorithms behind it as some of their most valuable IP.

Don't buy that either.

The general principle behind slots is the same. Giving out the TRTP does not say how this is achieved. What is far more likely to be copied are the innovations such as "rolling reels", which are usually protected by specific patents or rights.

As for reverse engineering, it can be done with or without the TRTP, as what players see are the "eye candy" of the game. Jackpots Heaven and others copied many of the popular games, and they were spotted due to them using the (badly) copied "eye candy". They didn't even use the same reel strips, and the resultant copies were crap.

If they were really that concerned about what is seen being copied, players would be required to play blindfold.

Not a question, a favour.

I appear to have left much of my brain, a good month's salary and a large chunk of my dignity somewhere in the back streets of Barcelona last week at the affiliate conference (and I was far from alone).
If you stumble across them I'd appreciate it if you could send them back to me.

Cheers! :drink::drink::confused:

Fun Gaming and Affiliates

Hi,

I would like to know why some casinos that don't take players from countries exempt from playing for real at certain casinos, ie. Spain. Why they don't allow players to play in fun mode as with Mansion and a whole lot of others. I am an affiliate who likes to play the new games so I can write reviews but some of these Microgaming and Playtech casinos will not even open their games to fun players. This makes our job of promoting these casinos very difficult unless you go through a VPN.

I would like to know from MGS what the heck they thought when making Sweet Harvest.
I think it is by far the worst paying and playing MGS slot out there.
And I am not talking about 100 spins played on it!!
I spent hours and thousands of spins on this slot and I can NOT land any decent win.
Any bankroll I have when playing this monster will dissolve, doesn't matter if it is 25 quid or 500 quid.
It will drain my balance empty, one way or the other.

What is the mechanics behind this slot,is it supposed to be very high variance or is it just low variance and big pays are more then seldom?

Just interested as most MGS slots work like clockwise for me when it comes to payouts,on average.

Sweet Harvest is the dark horse for me,can't get it's behaviour and has proven to be a very dangerous and unreliable slot for me.

And tell them I want more 243 liners! :D:thumbsup:

Thanks,

Mark.

I want to know why operators still hangs on to the "one per ip" limitation on bonuses. Just feels so outdated and stupid nowadays when their customers are more and more mobile, online on all kinds of open networks and when over at friends. After all, all accounts still have to be verified. Why not just make it one per account?

For good reason- - bonus abusers trying to cash out on 100% plus deposits.
As to playing at other's people homes, I generally just give the casino a heads up and it's fine ie if I visit my mom, she will play on her account, but we use my laptop because it's faster. And when she's in bed, I use my account to play. As long as the casino knows what's up, I've not found it a problem yet. A qucik pm, or asking beforehand goes a long way.
As to multiple accounts, same address, same deal - some casinos will allow 2 accounts, when you politely write them and ask and explain the 2 roomie relationship, or when partners want their own accounts. For example, the BF and I just use mine to save headaches, but over at 3Dice he has his own, because I don't want him logging in under my name and think I'm ignoring anyone pming me in chat. Form a relationship with the casino, get to know staff, and request nicely - they will work with real players they know deposit and arent in it for the bonuses alone.

cant people still abuse the bonus if they go somewhere else:confused: also before paying the casino asks for verification,so even if an abuser wins multiple times they have to prove identity.

That would be kinda hard. in my experience like 90% of the so called USA online casinos are illegal, when they get punished they just get new domain, change design and name a bit and proceed to move on. USA gov has to do something about online gambling on federal level and all will be fine, till then online we will scums and such.
