Entropay Issue

Hi have any of you members experienced difficulties with Entropay?

Of course they don't let you purchase anything without loading the card with sufficient amount.
So purchases can not go through if not aka the card can never be in negative balance.

They operate with two terms actual balance and balance.

I have had 4 purchases in July and my actual balance was 4 euro (720 euro balance) yesterday.

Today I was paid 508 euro after of course the insane service fees. So my actual balance should be 512 euro.

Well it is not. The actual balance is now 143 euro (861 euro balance).

I have contacted support.

Anyone else been through this?

Somebody has used my details through ticket surf.

What is my next action.
I have blocked the card. Should I contact police in my country?

AFAIK Ticketsurf is the credit card processer of several online casinos. Could this be a duplicate transaction? If so it will probably fall off automatically. Did you actually go and accept the payment? I think you have to with Entropay.

Well I have never used my entropy details with Ticket Surf as they accept Norwegian cards. Entropay is my option when fundsend or ticket surf is not available.

So these are not my transactions
 
I see. Usually the card issuer will ask you to send a signed statement saying you don't recognize the transaction, before they start investigating, and possibly reversing the transaction. Did they ask you to report it to the police?

Now Entropay is saying that this is old transaction that has been waiting for a while. Only problem is I have as mentioned never ever used those details with ticket surf. Never!

I would advise strongly agains using entropay. I reported this early today my card is still not blocked. Customer support does not understand my questions.

If you dispute the transaction they will have to investigate. It might be easier though approaching Ticket Surf directly, to get details of the transaction. Could they have been used as a backup processor for one of your casinos?

I took your advise and contacted Ticket Surf! Entropay have now stopped all pending transactions and balance is again several hundred euros.

I really wonder what has been going on here.

They NEVER answer my question just some rubbish excuse or standard phrase.
What time frame is he talking about.. I am asking him who claimed this money.
Is the problem that they don`t understand my english? Or are they mentally challenged?

I need to know who has claimed these ticket surf vouchers. I have never ever used my Entropay card with Ticket Surf International. If the transactions are not return I will file a report with my local police here in Norway and with VISA. These are NOT my transactions and I refuse to suffer financially for your mistakes

Are you saying Entropay has removed the charges?
I took your advise and contacted Ticket Surf! Entropay have now stopped all pending transactions and balance is again several hundred euros.

Please answer me these concrete questions (keep answers short please);
1. Are the 100 euro, 150 euro and 120 euro TSI transactions complete or are they pending?
2. Has anybody claim this to be their money?
3. When did you get these request?
4. Are they all made today 10.July?

HOW CAN THEY WAIT 30 DAYS WHEN THESE ARE FRAUD TRANSACTIONS?

I have clearly stated that I NEVER made these..

SOLVED!

I got all my money back!

They are gonna take the fight if merchant claims these transactions:)

Last three people I talked to was very helpful, they made a new virtual card with new details etc.

I will never store card information in my apple keychain/browser again:)
