Dr Vegas 9 days still not received payment

Sorry guys to hear about the errors, I am a happy man here, I rarely see errors now days and if anythink my computer is getting older and more of the good stuff (milk & cookies) Maybe its the sites I play now, Drvegas (Casumooo) Odd shot on VS and a few others,

Which is a good thing as I am on my last keyboard and missing a few buttons on that and a few bits of plastic knocked of, Was going to top up today as had to get a tooth pulled :( but I order a few of ebay instead, Found a bargain on some mice, x2 mice with delivery 99p

Lol I cannot use any think but wired, The amount of wirless I have lost or misplaced is unbelievable, Or tread on, Plus my screens got half a chance to survive as the wire kicks in before the mouse hits the screen :)
 
To keep you all updated. WorldPay are starting to process transactions again but they have a 17 day backlog to get through so it is going to take a couple of days for everything to get back to normal.

If you are waiting for a withdrawal to arrive in your bank account, could you PM your Dr Vegas username and I can check on our sheets if WorldPay has processed the withdrawal and when to expect it in your account.

I hope you keep to your word and get some compensation for the trouble, Its not good enought in this day and age, Minor hik ups can occur and we can give the benefit of the doubt, But this is a major thing and effected not just your site but many of other operations,

I would nether of known about the problems if not this this post and mine, & if you read my transcripts with CS you will see I was not told at first, All I ask if there is a problem let us know, I know you did say CS was informed but I will bounce back to CS and say I was not informed of the problem, You sorted me out a few spins and I deposit a few times sinse including a small cash out that I received in normal time frame, You had that back by the way :)

After 3 weeks of madness and mayhem with WorldPay, we are finally start to see all the transactions go through and hit our players bank accounts. I wasn't affected by this, but must say thats REALLY good of you, especially the 15% extra, not sure if its bonus funds with WR but either way after watching the thread I wouldn't have expected that much.
As far as I can be critical of casinos where required I will also praise them and the next time I deposit anywhere will be at you simply because of the way you have handled this. Other casino's should take note on how to do things.
I'm sure some people wont be happy with this, however I think its very generous and much more than some casino's would have done. Big well done from me.
 
Well gotta say thanks to Phil for keeping me updated via messages. I got my 250 when Phil said I would so all is good. Oh also got 20 bonus for inconvenience a few days ago. Which obviously didn't last long. But then got the 15% bonus obviously 37.50. Had a decent play. Managed to get pot,pot,pot. On rainbow riches. Expecting bronze pot, but surprised to see the silver x150. Not bad. So managed to withdraw another 170. Lets hope no delays this time :) actually don't mind waiting 2 weeks as wasn't expecting a bonus. A definitely wasn't expecting to win from it. Cheers again Phil for keeping us informed.
 
Jetbull payment issue, I have now been waiting 10 days and still no clear information given. Ridiculous really, certainly doesn't give me confidence in the casino lack of information. Ironic there is no issue with taking payments.
