Doyles Casino (www.doylescasino.com) is a new Casino owned by Doyle Brunson a poker player famous from the US. He has a company called "DBPN" (Doyles Brunson Poker Network) which has been offering casino games through the poker software, but has now opened a self-standing casino, operating with Microgaming software. Doyles Casino is licensed in Curacao.

I haven't played there or anything but looked at the website which seemed neat. ANyone a player there or a poker player on DBPN?

My experiance hasnt been good here. They are extremely slow payers, abd dont respond to emails.

Slow payment has been reported elsewhere too!

I would be very careful with this lot!!!

How extreme are we talking about here?
And I'd be interested to hear any more recent experiences if anyone has any to share.
Have they cleaned up their act or is it same old?

Microgaming? Looks like RTG to me.

Hiya: OK, I will be the sacraficial lamb. When i get a chance later in the week, i will open an account, win some money, and see what withdraw options there are, and how long it takes for me to get paid, fee's, ect.

Pls keep us posted. I am tempted to try them too because I am looking for a new RTG to play. But unlike you, i have very little confidence that i win. :o

And the purpose of you trying them out is? Why be the sacrificial lamb no matter how small the deposit. Unless you dont think you have any chance of winning at the Rushmore Group, Jackpot Capital, Inetbet or Club World casinos I dont think you should try this RTG just for trying's sake. At least these RTGs pay if you win. A deposit no matter how small is still your hard-earned dough.

Hiya: I do have a clubworld acct. And they only send winnings back to e wallet xpress that then charges 10% to direct deposit back into my bank account. If i play here, and won what i did at bodog, i would have to pay, $1050 in Fee's for the direct deposit. No thank you.

Part of the purpose of this board is to help each other, inform each other, share insight and expierience, and so on. I will deposit my starting bankroll of $800. I will Win a few hundred, and then withdraw the winnings.

I am also doing it, because the more places i have an option to play at, the better. So, I will know, and simply share what i find out. Good or Bad.

Doyles Casino move to RTG from Microgaming to accept the US players

They don't seem to know what they are.

They announced as Microgaming in October.

I spoke to them a few weeks back, they said:

You are now chatting with 'Angie'

Angie: Hi, welcome to our Poker Room and Casino.

Angie: How may I help you?

you: hi

you: I am trying to find about your casino bonuses

you: could you tell me what the terms are?

Angie: please go to

Angie: Link Removed ( Old/Invalid) !

Angie:

you: but also 'powered by microgaming'

Angie: we have a new download casino

Angie: please uninstall your casino version

Angie: and install the one we have at

you: I haven't installed any casino

Angie: our casino representatives will be available for you tomorrow

Angie: RTG

you: so microgaming is not available?

Angie: we only have the RTG at the website only

Angie: please contact [email protected]

Angie: for more details

Angie: they will be able to assist you properly

chuchu, anything you know why we should not try them?

I see messages about new MG or Rival quite often that many try...

The whole industry was in a mess last October, and if I remember right, they were still using MG software at that time when Beshear pulled that sh** in September.

I see no mention of Microgaming on their website, and google backs this up:

Your search - site:doylescasino.com microgaming - did not match any documents.

And how do you consider them 'useless?' The CSR told you a couple of times that they use RTG software.

WHy? She answered your questions.

Slow pays, confiscation of winnings citing "bonus abuse" and bad support.
Where?

We have a forum rep by the way. You can nip these questions in the bud by clicking the I-Gaming Forum Reps link in the navigation bar and scroll down to find the rep for whatever casino or poker room you have questions about. Doylesroom is this guy:
https://www.casinomeister.com/forums/members/

I'll PM him to see if he can answer whatever questions you have.

Where not?
Offering a ridiculously high EV SUB and then confiscating winnings. Some (not all) got their money in the end but after going trough a lot of work.

Slow pays. At least I consider 40-50 days slow.

And most of the players have reported bad support.

And the rep here? Well just look at the former casino he worked for.

I am sure I mentioned this in earlier posts. Their web support have not got the faintest in regards to the casino. They give false information, adn cannot even contact the casino rep (thats what they say)

to add a little fuel to this "discussion", the casino manager on the phone to me (I dont have any proof, as i dodnt record it) when discussing playing with them, he said to the effect "I know what happens on other online casinos, and dont want to elaborate, as there are many things that happen there" he was I think refering to trustworthiness of other softwares, besides for Microgaming.

the funniest thing is, they now move to RTG, it seems to be ringing some bells, and besides all the other dodgy outfits he managed were all RTG too, seems as though he may have a little more "power" over the software there.

I havent played on an RTG platform, for about 2 years now, and this seems like the nail on the coffin about choosing to play on an RTG casino, unless they are very very trustworthy

this is my opinion, and thoughts

No, I know nothing about them but I have been at the poker site before though. I am always wary of RTG casinos and I dont want anyone here to be screwed by unscrupulous operators so unless they have a good track record, I tend to advise players to tread carefully.

This conversation took place on 1st March. I can tell you that Microgaming was still listed on the site, and it was sufficiently confusing that I had to contact the support rep.

Depending on which URL you used, you'd either get Microgaming or RTG.

And how do you consider them 'useless?' The CSR told you a couple of times that they use RTG software.

When I asked the question there was an RTG and a Microgaming download page, and when I asked which was correct, she was telling me to come back tomorrow. That's the kind of question a rep should be able to answer immediately.

It seems that the "Powered by Microgaming" was up there for at least six weeks from January to some time in March when they finally got around to fixing things:

Which is ridiculous.

Like I said, useless.

My experience with them has been good. I recently deposited for their first deposit casino bonus, ended up winning a few k, withdrew and had the winnings in my Neteller account within days. All paid in one lump sum to, not spread out $1k or $2k per week like certain other RTGs.

I used to play in their poker room a couple of years ago, and didn't have any problems then either.

Happy to hear yours went through smoothely. It took them 2 months to pay me half my withdrawal, and voided the rest

Other forums are piled of people complaining slow or no payment. Besides, for their managers reputation, my experiance and many on the net, their useless support, no reponse from their casino department, and their wierd change to RTG, I would keep away from playing there.

Well I deposited and played the SUB yesterday, made a withdrawal request and sent my faxback form in to the security department.

I then received an email within a few hours asking if they could call me to complete the verification process, which they did within 10 minutes and they were very polite and said my withdrawal would be sent within 24 hours.

So far, I would say they are right on track and I will post when the funds arrive.

Uungy - just wondering why you wouldnt want to chase 1k in winnings if they were rightfully yours? Maybe Im a miser but I would chase any amount if it was legit. Seems like a lot of moola to leave behind. Did you PAB??

P.S. The live chat support was very fluent in English and knew exactly what the processes were and was very helpful.

I havent. Simplyy because I PAB'd a while back on another non-accredited casino, so I have used my credit up.

Its a fair sum, but thats the results playing non accredited site!

I don't mean to derail, but I had an account there before the DOJ intervention, ;). For a while they did not accept US players then a year or so ago, they opened back up to US players, so I started playing there again. I've only made a few small deposits, never cashed out. My last deposit was a couple of months ago for $50. The last time I played I was down to around 10 bucks. I tried to log in after the change from MG to RTG and wasn't able to. I contacted support and was told that someone would email me, but they didn't. I didn't follow up on it until last week with chat, I was told that security had locked my account at my request. NOT!!!! I just called them and I didn't get an answer about how my account got locked but was told to fax in my documents and they would reopen my account.

I don't have a freakin' clue as to why they locked my account. Doesn't make any sense at all!
I most certainly agree with what some others are saying about their support department, it is certainly lacking in the times I've dealt with them. I remember that I had another issue with them when they opened back up to US players and it took them days to respond.

i was given the runaround also so i said to heck with them I'm flooded with m g sites any way
besides i don't think its a good idea to spin the reels were you grind out poker games especially mtt tourneys , they get thumbs down from my camp

PS if i want a runaround ill go to the park

You missed this nugget just above that list:D

Fraud attempts such as purposely forced accumulation of funds based on potential technical glitches will result in a deep investigation and possible deactivation of the account if the result shows that normal transfer behaviors do not apply.

Could the rep translate this into English please, or is this an admission that there are known, and unresolved, technical glitches in RTG software?
This is just so damn vague that they could use this as an effective "F U Clause".

The site implies there IS an ability to transfer between casino & poker, and vice versa, but ALSO states that the software will PREVENT the player from making such transfers if they have not met any outstanding WR on any of their bonuses.

I thought it was normal to request a scan of any card you have used, but not GOING to use. When I use it they can have it, otherwise.....go jump!

Ive been waiting almost 72 hours for my payout, and after I received a phone call to verify my information I received another email 24 hours later asking for my ID again (which I already sent in which is WHY they called to verify the information on it...grrrrr). Im also annoyed because they insisted I make a seperate neteller deposit to be allowed to withdraw via that method (I used a card to deposit originally) so they are effectively holding my money for no reason.

It seems that the process is too long for a Neteller payout - once my faxback is done it should be cut and dried IMO.

Makes one appreciate 32Red, 3Dice and SlotoCash.

I will update when and if I am paid.

Had to bump this as I saw that they have been accredited:eek:

Doyles Casino Brand New RTG casino - from the people who brought you Doylesroom Poker

Have they paid uungy for example?

And from the people who brought you Doylesroom. There is almost always a thread at the first page in zoo (Internet Poker) at 2+2 about their SLOW payouts. And now one player claims that his account is locked because he complained there (zoo) about not getting paid.

We've received only two PABs concerning Doyles Casino in the past year - both were resolved quickly via a responsive rep. Uungy never officially complained - and we have two reps in the forum.

As for other forums, I'm not an ambulance chaser - and I take other forum complaints with a grain of salt. The door is always open to come here and PAB if the issue warrants it. Confused customer service? Could have been the switch to RTG - same with the payment processing.

At the moment, they are listed in the Baptism by Fire section of the Accredited Section

Hi All,
Just a quick heads up from my side. It is possible that we had, what you called a "confused CS" in the past. We went through some rough times over the past year, mainly because of the Microgaming issue. No offense to them though, I always had a good relationship with them, but it did create quite some problems and confusions.
I am having a complete "casino only" customer service now, when you get onto the chat or phone, you will be transferred directly to them and I am sure all questions will be answered to your satisfaction.
As per "old" complaints. Issues sometimes happen, luckily not often where I go, but if there are subjects that are not resolved by my CS, feel free to PM me at any time and I try to make sure, we get on the same page.
Also, David or here "doylesdavemcat", my right hand always knows what's going on, PM him or send an e-mail to [email protected] and we try to keep you happy.

Regards and I hope I see you soon

Bernhard (cyrus7b)

I have also noticed something about Doyle's room and Casino that makes them stick out from the rest and that is 10% Cash back,it might not say it on their site but if you lose your entire bankroll you get 10% back at the end of the month, plus Rakeback deals exist at 33% usually, bonus might not be deducted, this is a very +EV situation. This might not be true for the Casino part, however it would be interesting to find out.

I PAB'd a while back with regards to a different un-listed casino. I would happily PAB if I am allowed to

I've been with Doyles Room since they began.

Two days ago I uninstalled their software and asked for my accounts to be closed... casino/poker/affiliate

Note my Tag line...

Seven Bad Beats...
that happened at Doyle's Poker Room... No kidding.

What are the odds on getting seven bad beats (bad beats by their definition) in a row on the very first hand in seven different cash tournaments all held on different days? That was just too much for me... I dumped them.
