Las Vegas and if so what is it? And please compare it to the likeness of Las Vegas.

In a word "no". In the UK you have "seaside resorts" like Blackpool which were built to be like Vegas but on a $100 budget. IE; They're nothing like it!

I guess the closest you'll get is Disneyland Paris, but they're a bit short on Slots :D

What he said. No Vegas here. No comparison. Hope we didn't spoil your summer travel plans. :D

3Dice was spun out from a landbased casino in Belgium... xxlclub has a landbased sister... (any coincidence they are two of the finest in customer service?)

I think you will need to go to Asia to find the whole experience. Check out

Like SlotMonster said, the oldest and best known of Euro casinos would be monte carlo/monaco I think there are at least five casinos there:confused: Never been there though. Macau someday, oh yeah, someday:thumbsup:

Yeah, lojo! Monte-Carlo have oldest (and richest ) casinos in Europe.
Amsterdam (like London in UK) is good for Club Poker :)

Online Cheaper

Cheaper to gamble online 'sometimes' :D although nothing would replace the offline experience for the true gamblers, like in Ocean 13 Film

I think every gambler has won in that film!

I've been to Monaco. The casinos are like mausoleums. The slot sounds are turned off, they're full of pompous a-holes. THEY SUCK

I've been to Macao as well - weirdo macho gaming - free drinks are water and tea.

Nothing - absolutely nothing compares to Vegas. The dives, the five stars, the free drinks, the shows, the buffets, the old ladies at the slots, cowboys and hookers, foreigners and newlyweds. There ain't nothing like it. If you think there is, then you've never really been to Vegas.

nothing beats vegas!!!:D:D:D its not just a city but a playground for adults who love to gamble.imo monaco ,my hubby says is alright but hed rather be in vegas.:)

Get that new passport picture taken, you have just won an exciting 2 night Link Removed (Old/Invalid) at the Ventian, Macau on the Cotoi strip, to include $1,000HK credit!

Check this out, 6000 slots, 700 tables, over a half million!!! square feet of gaming space... Old / Expired Link

Now you've ruined my future travel dreams:eek: But you're right, there are so many elements to Vegas; the hoity-toidy can spend their entire time in the Bellagio, or the downtowner can hang out at El Cortez for a taste of 'real' Vegas. I usually stay on the strip (Luxor, etc.) for the cheap and fine accomodations, and walk up strip hitting one side or the other, then by the Venetian or so, take a cab downtown. Four Queens and Fitzy's get most of my action then cab back after daylight for a shower and nap. I've had some freaky experiences downtown outside in the wee hours, best to stay inside between 2 and 4am midweek, ime anywayz :D

Only 6000 slots, it would be like going to a restaurant with a huge menu when I am really hungry.

I know:p but if you spent 15 minutes on each one it would take like two months playing 24/7 and by then they'd have changed them out behind you! There is no escape from the venetian:eek:

i think there are a few places in Vegas that approach that number?

Nope..but we have beer from germany, beatiful ladys from france, pasta from italy and pot from netherlands...so who the f... needs Vegas???:)

Because you can get all of that in Vegas and whole lot more baby:thumbsup:

you will find dozens of rich, wealthy and famous in monaco but nothing compares to vegas which is made for gambling

Nothing comes remotely close to Vegas - that is an experience you will never forget.

Monaco? Pshaw... unless you like paying 6 Euro for a Coke...

Macau is up-and-coming - but it is still nothing like Vegas and it will be a few years before any realistic comparison can be made. Singapore could also be interesting when its two casinos open up in the coming years.

Been to places in Australia and Canada as well - better, but still nothing to write home about.

Try the shark's fin if you have time. I know we shouldnt be promoting this but its really good just for once.

(2)some of the most beautiful women in the world make a great living in vegas, where its legal;)
What is legal? Making a great living is legal in most places with a few exceptions like North Korea, in fact, it is outright encouraged in the US.

Vegas is Vegas..nothing like it anywhere..The casino at the Atlantis in the Bahamas tried but not a chance. Monte Carlo is great for a James Bond movie but not if you like a huge amount of slots and people that are not "snobby"!! Atlantic City is dirty most of the time...Reno is not bad and does have scenery! Amazing we have the best gambling spots in the world (including a few Indian Casinos like Ho Chunk in the Dells in Wisconsin) but we can't do online gaming unless it is cloak and dagger):eek2:

i was talking about the ranches, i was watching a doc. on t.v awhile back about how these women go to the ranches and work as prostitutes and make damn good money, enough to pay their way thru medical school and one girl from canada bought and paid for a new s.u.v with the money she made in one week. they said they are tested every week. nevada is the only state where prostitution is legal.
