Destination Poker is trying to steal $10k+ in winnings from me...

I wonder how Schankie's Destination dispute is going with Montana?

It seems to me that Montana Overseas would be doing both themselves and the complainants a favour if they improved their communications i.e. an acknowledgement of a complaint with a reference number should be sent out immediately they get a complaint, and thereafter weekly progress reports would assuage any fears and speculation that the matter was in limbo.

As an occasional mediator I can understand why Montana want to keep complaints off the message boards until they have done their thing - it doesn't make negotiation any easier if there's a message board slamming away on the issue.

Kavaman I'm glad to see you were paid by these bozos.

I also had a dispute against Destination Poker for a withdrawal pending since 6/21. They rarely answered e-mail and when they did it was full of false promises.

I DID post about my experience with them on the forums and finally filed a complaint with Montana. I was hesitant because I won from a free chip and Montana's site states "you must genuinely put your own money at risk". I know a lot of people were put off by that statement (or so I've read on other boards). I went ahead and filed because in my opinion, whether it's your money or a free chip, honoring a payout is honoring a payour. Their bad business ethics had nothing to do with how the money got into the account, it had to do with withdrawing the money out of the account. Within a few days voila' ... the money was in my Neteller account.

I never got any information from anyone, Montana or Destination Poker. Just happened to check my account with them every few days and one day it was there.

Thanks jetset, im glad i got paid too ;).

Yeah, couldnt agree with you more. I didnt hear nothing whatsoever about montana during the process. And still havent. Glad i got paid though.
Also there is no email address or any contact information in montanas website, which seems pretty weird to me.

If RTG complaints became a credible service it would change the face of RTG completely.

It would certainly give substance to RTG claims that they are improving, but they have a ways to go yet in terms of their less ethical licensees, and their past behaviour will take time to scrub away in establishing a better reputation. I would say the jury is still out on their efforts thus far.

The Casino had no choice but to contact me and suggested a payment plan as they are unable to send me the outstanding funds to Neteller at once.
Thats BS, they can send you 3 x $2500 + one for $300 within minutes!
I myself have receive a netteller payment from a group, it was 12k and arrived in $2500 batches + $2000 within minutes of eachother.

IMO it's another probable indicator that all is not well with the financial side of Destination....take great care!

The cheque that was promised to be here by the middle of this week still has not arrived.

Everyone is welcome to make its very own conclusion about the reliability of this joint here once more.

Simply running out of money

I think they are simply running out of money. They ran too good promos at start to begin with.

Okay...

Mr. Wallace did not honor his promise to pay me all installments within the agreed timeframe. Actually I am really surprised to see this since he should have actually learned out of the past already.
His Casino is well known for this now but unfortunately some people are too silly to be able to have clear thoughts. -Mr. Wallace is certainly among them.
