Desert Nights casino withdrawal problems

I would like to report my continuing problems with withdrawals at desert nights casino.

I read here that thay are accredited and that process withdrawals within 72 hours.

I'm waiting for the money for a week and last week I waited for 15 days.

Every time I ask in chat I would always answer the same thing but I never got any feedback from managers

I know that this forum is a representative of the casino I hope will help me understand the reasons for the delays.

I also have a withdrawal pending. Cashed out Wed March 27. It's only been 3 days but haven't heard back from them as yet. They also told me it took 72 hours to process.
I requested Western Union since my bank will not accept International wire transfers. They assured me this would not be a problem. In fact it should make it easier for them. I hope I don't have a problem with them. I only deposited there because they were accredited here. I always trust Casinomeister for the best casinos to play.

Let's keep each other in the loop and see how this all plays out.

I will keep updating daily with any correspondence.

Keeping my fingers crossed.

This casino does not process withdrawals during weekends and I see no problems with that. Normally, they process within 24-48 hours and on occasions even under 6 hours. They are as honest an outfit as you can get. Send a pm to Ms Sloto. She is very helpful.

I asked about my pending status today and they confirmed
the Finance Dept is not open on weekends.

Hope springs for a Monday or Tuesday payout!!

If it makes you happy my D/N w/d hasn't been processed yet as well. My slotocash w/d was initiated much later yet its already in my ewallet. I am not the least worried though.

Did you contact the rep, Ms Sloto? She's great, and can probably give you a better estimated timeframe for receiving your withdrawal or an idea of why it's still pending.

I've deposited almost exclusively with their group for years, and am sure you'll get your funds, but since this if your first cashout, they're likely just going over everything to make sure it's all legit.

I did have to ask for Western Union as my bank does not accept Int'l. Wires.
They said it was no problem with small charge.

Update: I did hear from them via email just to say when they
had the Western Union Details they would notify me.

Giving them some slack and hoping for the best for a Wednesday payout.

Any updates? I have one, but it's not good. My wire from Slots Capital (the Sloto Rival) was approved on March 24th but I haven't rec'd. wire from DN rival requested on the 31st was just processed a few minutes ago.

Finance told me they would both be sent "shortly." I'm uneasy as this is the 5th or 6th withdrawal that's somehow been delayed. (ie, they said it was sent, then said it was 'caught in a bad batch with the processor' or some such.) We're talking small withdrawals, by the way - 350 each.

ETA: Apparently some minor reorganizations are causing a few issues. As always Ms Sloto is her usual awesome self, handling it "like a boss."

I have been busy and haven't bothered them
but I would like my winnings.

I also play Intertops and I ALWAYS get my
money in 3-4 days TOPS. Never had a problem
in my years of playing...No holiday excuses, no
getting lost in the wire transfer or Western Union
or delayed for ANY reason. They have excellent
customer service (in my opinion and experience
with them).
No hassle withdrawals. Isn't that what we all want?

'Nuff said, let's give Ms. Sloto a chance to help me get
my winnings. Will post outcome.

Well I heard from Ms. Sloto from Desert Nights Casino.
I told her I was trying to be patient but updates via
email were not forthcoming (except for the usual auto
response "We'll be in touch shortly") Which I must say
is a poorly written response which answers NOTHING.
And that I was concerned and just wanted my winnings.
They told me it takes up to 72 hours to process.
I am waiting since I cashed out on March 27th.
It's not a million dollars.

Response from Tiffany.
"We are currently experiencing unacceptable delays in paying withdrawals but we have received your request of doing a Western Union transfer and hope to do it early next week. We will email you back with Western Union details that you will need in order to collect the funds, once the transfer is approved by Western Union.

We have extended our Finance Department and can assure you that in future your withdrawals will be processed much sooner.

If you have any queries regarding this issue please contact our finance department who will be able to assist you. Please note our support team are unable to assist with banking issues. Please mark your email FTAO Finance - URGENT and it will be passed directly to us."

I have read in other forums that DNC is having problems
paying and I may have to start thinking this is true.
I also read that some people have gotten Western Union
codes and went to the WU office only to be told the codes
were invalid. This was not making me feel any better. :(

I don't want to alarm anyone or start a revolution here
but anyone from the USA who needs to use Western Union
as a payout (Which I will admit is not on their drop down menu to choose
and may have caused some delay) May not want to play here.
I would think Western Union (which they are charging me $45 to use which
is fine with me) would be easier for them, but maybe not.

I just want to see my money and then I will decide if I ever play there again.

When I play at Intertops and win...they pay me via WU within 3-4 days without
any problems. We are loyal players there because of that.

This is the reason that I have never deposited at DESERT NIGHTS CASINO.. because of the limited withdrawal options. I hope you receive your money soon. This forum is SOOOOO INFORMATIVE!!!!!!!! MANY, MANY THANK-YOU"S

I successfully did a WU a couple weeks back, and contrary to other reports here, it was very fast, no blips at all. This was on their sister site, Slotocash.

I withdrew right after you and am still waiting on my Sloto (Slots Capital, Rival) withdrawal. I initially elected for a wire, but now will take it however I can get it (plus another wd from the DN Rival) even though I hate the WU option since we're rural.

Okay so it takes 72
hours (3 Business Days) to process. No problem.
Then you are busy, hell, give them another 3 Business days.
Then take three more Business days to wire the money. Voila!
Then I have my money, right? WRONG.

Total Days waiting: 13
I cannot understand the discombobulated answers they gave me for the delay.
It sure is "unacceptable" to use their word.

I even asked for a free bonus (I normally do not use ANY bonuses - if I win I
want no strings). I just felt like they should have given me a little something for
waiting so long...(wah wah wah)..But they refused me saying "We cannot give you a bonus
while a transaction is in process". Well damn it sure doesn't seem like it is in
process does it?

My money is still in the pending payout where I could reverse
it in a second (wouldn't they love that?). NOT gonna' happen.

I am paying for the WU so what's the problem?
You're a casino, you have the money, make a call, wire me my money and we're done.
