Deposited and now can't access games?????

    Hi all,
    I have been practicing in free play for awhile and decided to test the waters with a small $40 deposit into 10bet casino to practice real play roulette with only 10c bets before I sign-up with Bodog. All started well, account opened and successful deposit via Neteller. Whenever I click on a game, be it roulette, poker, slots, etc the screen tells me "Connection timed out. Server @gms10bet.com is taking too long to respond".

    I have had lengthy chats with on-line support at 10Bet and they have sent the issue to the IT Department advising could be up to 4 days before they get back to me. I have contact my computer support and they have gone through my computer to ensure the firewalls/proxy's are allowing - All Good. Have been in touch with Internet Service Provider they have advised that they could take up to 4 days to get back to me.

    Bit frustrated with my first go at real play. Will have to wait to "hopefully" get to have a go with my $40, just wondered if anyone has ever had this problem and if you have any suggestions which may fast-track the 4 day waiting time?
