Please tell me what else you would like answers to and ill answer them,
and again i am not a liar, and simply forgot to change my location when i left.
and i have answered your posts and gripes and i have resolved your issues and more then that i cannot do, i cannot beg you guys to trust Dendera Casino because clearly you have made up your mind about me and the casino already.

I have awarded bonus' to apologize, i have created promotions i have paid outstanding monies i have apologized profusely and i have taken more insults and slander then i have ever had to endure in this lifetime.:confused:
One thing i didnt answer is no i havent been in the industry but am highly qualified in areas relating to online media and marketing but i guess you all started somewhere as did everyone else in the industry so i hope ill make it and someday prove to you all that i am not the person you clearly all think i am.

Aside from the email situation which we are working on, and the delay in responding to your issues i have sorted out everything pending without delay now and if there is something else you would like answers to please let me know.

Yes we did. I started at the bottom as an ignorant noobie affiliate, that was 10 years ago. But was gambling online since 97. Over this time I've been shafted by rogue casinos and seen a lot of dubious and dodgy actions by less than professional casino operations and management.

The loses I've seen and experienced personally, is what Keith Richards meant when he said "it's the price of an education", when being interviewed about the Rolling Stones being ripped off in the early days.

The BIG problem here is that you've never been a casino manager, much less had anything to do with an online casino or the industry before taking on the role of casino manager for Dendera Casino.

This explains a lot. It points to exactly why things are all funky with your casino operations; payments; free email accounts; and lack of professional player management.

Just because I can balance my bank accounts each month, doesn't mean I can run the National Australia Bank :rolleyes:

Whoever chose to put someone with no casino management experience, much less industry know how, in charge of a new online casino, is totally beyond my comprehension.

It's akin to the blind leading the blind. And it's exactly why Dendera Casino is now featured in the Not Recommended List here at CM.

Oh one last question...You don't happen to be the casino owners fiance, do you?

I think thats a fare assumption but you should know that i have moved to the affiliate department as the campaigning and so on is more up my alley, i do understand what you mean though,
im happy none the less to sit and assist in player issues as i believe that working as a team is what will essentially help us grow.

I appreciate the constructive critisism and we are dealing with the issues you would see as dubious and more and its been a process of trial and error to say the least.
We started as a small team and have tried to pull together as just that due to the fact that we dont run our own processing and CS so we all cover each other and help out where we can,
but you are right about placing someone like me as a casino manager as we soon discovered, so i moved over and we took on a casino manager a few weeks ago, with about 12 years in the industry, and i found my niche in the affiliate area, we are working on all areas that are not up to industry standards as mentioned including our new website which will be ready to launch hopefully next week, as well as languages and so on which will follow in the couple months ahead.
Its been a learning process to say the least dealing with the players,
and im sorry if any of you have been effected by my lack of experience and knowledge.

I have learned a sore lesson here and it has made me stronger, wiser and more equipped to deal with the future happenings and i think i will be able to use everything i have learned here and put it to some good use for the future of our casino.

I took the abuse by them making me check the cashier all the time.I knew a few people that got the same thing as I did but they used it about 7 to 10 times and one of the people told me they gave up.
The casino screwed up I did not abuse them.so I say they are at fault here for giving it to me in the first place.

Sure, but let me tell you what I THINK would have happened if I did that, the normal player.

I THINK I would have:

1. My winnings confiscated
2. My account closed
3. A huge flashing red dot behind my name in the Rival autobanning database that means WARNING!! FRAUDULANT PLAYER!!

I'm pretty damn sure I would not have received a $400 freebie for taking advantage of a system error.

But I already suspected that Rivals treat their affilliate players a little different, this only confirms my suspicion.

Ofcourse they have the right to do so, just as I have the right to uninstall all of them, (exept VRC) as they don't appreciate my custom anyway.

And we have affiliates that still promote Irish too from that shady @ crap they did too.
And like I said and I heard it from a few affiliates here that they will give it a few weeks to see what goes on with them.and if they don't pan out they will be in that same pile as Irish.
All Rival casino's have to get all things worked out or many will fail.

Oh geeze, i wasnt going to post but i had to say something in Toms defense, I was out and about earlier today and Tom called me on my cell, all excited and said dude Ricky Ricardo(whatever his name is) had put a 400.00 ND in his account with a 10k playthru and 400.00 max.The first thing i said to him was congrats or something along that lines and do you really think they are gonna pay you?
I told him they are still uninstalled on my puter along with several others .I just wont play anywhere that treats players the way this guy has, total dis respect for players, you dont bite the hand that feeds you and your casino imo.

I will say that when i needed help in the past with a casino not paying, Tom stepped up and helped and he wasnt even my Affiliate, someone else was.

I meant to call him back to tell him i didnt think posting about this would be a good idea or sit right with folks, given so many people have been treated like crap by this casino.

You were very fortunate Tom and im not one to dis your win, i just hope that you will give some of these other folks the same help that you gave to me as they are trying to get paid money also that they rightfully won. If this casino does pay you and not the others, please pull them from your site as this will show they are not running a fair paying casino imo.................laurie

BingoT - you got paid coz you're an affiliate - pure and simple. If you were a player you would have been kicked to the curb. Ricardo isnt quite that stupid.

I dont know you personally, but IMO it says something about someone when they are willing to post how happy they are with Dendera and Ricardo for all the freebies and being paid when everyone else here was, and still is, getting screwed by them.

Integrity is everything. If you need to 'wait and see how it goes' after all this then its probably fair to say that you might need to think about that.

Maybe Ricardo could send you some of that canal water.

It wasnt the best idea posting about it for sure, this i agree Jod, thats why i hope he will follow suit and take them off his site like the rest of the affiliates have done even if he is paid, it still is like a smack in the face to the others that havent been paid or emails replied to which is why they are where they are at now.

I just wanted to state that Tom does go out of his way to help other players when they need it and for that i wont fault him at all, now promoting that casino is a different bird imo and its foul.................laurie

Was it fair the get all those free ND 's and then a 400.00 one also as others are sitting here still not paid and emails replied to, no its not imo.

I have thought about banging my head on the keyboard but decided to just post the truth and not worry about Tom or what he thought. That's as good a game plan as anything else, don't ya think? And I know that even though you call him a friend, you are not willing to "cross the moral line" in his defense.
