Dendera Casino - management and forum rep wont reply to legit question

On or around 10 December I claimed a bonus at Dendera but as my ecocard had not been funded yet I was unable to deposit. A day later I found that the claimed promo had disappeared. I asked live chat and the lady told me that the promo was still active and I only had to make a deposit to make the bonus active. So half a day later, my funds at ecocard finally showed and I went to make a deposit. The cashier wont allow this and I asked live chat for the reason.

The lady told me she had no idea on why the deposit wasnt accepted but would ask management to give me a reply. I also sent a pm to ricardo (forum rep) to look into this. Another 2 weeks passed and no reply so I again went to live chat who promised this time that I will definitely get a reply by 8 Jan. Still no reply so I went to live chat on 10 Jan to ask why I didnt get a reply. The same standard reply from live chat "still awaiting a response from management. As soon as the case is reviewed you will get a reply'. WTF? It's been a month and it was obvious they were unwilling to give me a reply on what is a legit question. In the meantime I also sent a second pm to Ricardo after noticing that he had visited the forum. Now up to present and there is no hint of a reply from these guys nor from ricardo as if the issue never occured.

So where is courtesy from this disgraceful casino? At the very least i should have gotten a reply and whether I would have accepted the explanation is another thing. Simply avoiding the issue is not something any casino should be doing. I noticed that some members have placed them on a par with Vegas Regal. Far from it mates. Ricardo was sent 2 pms. The very least he should have done was acknowledge the pms. Instead he ignored them and he had visited the forum at least twice since my 1st pm. I would dearly love to see if they have the guts to reply to this thread.

i also had an issue with them once because a cashout which got alsways reversed by magic hand :confused:


the rep ricardo never ever answered. management was not reachable.

the guy who fixed my problem was nathan. he is the livechat supervisor. maybe ask for him in chat, he might be able to assist.

really strange ricardo only showed up as dendera just launched. then he nearly vanished:confused:

It seems like you get the run around from CS, which is a joke imo ,to the rep, who trys to do their best to please you, well some Reps, that is.

Rival casinos used to be some of my favorites, but with issues like yours Chu and the worst CS i have ever seen and lets not forget about the bonus bans and the whole way Rival does things sometimes, the crazy ass bonuses, that have been posted, it will be a wonder if they can keep up with RTG and others, holding on to players and keeping them happy, so far not alot of happy campers at Rivals imo:mad:

I hope someone from that casino does come on here and explain, the only one with balls anymore from Rival seems to be Nicolas Johnson but only he can do so much.

I wonder what the chances are of Rival Software ever being named best customer service on CM:eek:

A bit of a derail by myself but can any of you guys name Rival casinos that reversed your withdrawals automatically. Coxwel names Dendera and I encountered the same thing with Las Vegas USA. If there are other Rivals doing this as well then this is group rogue behavior and not just coincidences.


@ laurie - seems to be a lot of glitches at RTG. I will come up with several of these in a separate thread later.

Maybe they all are going to hell in a handbasket for all i know lol, we being loyal players deserve better treatment then whats being handed out to us, they are so glad to take your money and offer great (lmao) bonuses, who wants to wager their own funds and bonus with such outrageous WR and to have a max cashout x 2 or 5 times.:eek:.................laurie

the funny thing was nobody could ever explian how these reversals could happen. i also got an official confirmation mail of the reversal like i have done it myself. its also a big security issue if player funds get reversed you get a confirmation, but the only one who can request it would be the player himself?

i really had to go through a lot bla with the cs un til i was so fed up with their answers (they tried everything to not understand my request) i asked for nathan.

he really took effort into my issue and i felt reated professional first time from the rivals cs chat.

but what i dislike, new players who are not used to the rival cashout procedure could be temptered to play all away again.

i want to believe it was just a software glitch.. but it leaves a bad taste.

i would never ever reverse or play away my funds so i was the wrong to try it with :rolleyes:

anyway i hope ricardo shows up soon.

after this incident i stopped playing on dendera.

@ T, good people would have made this right from the first message that he knows he got! I have never dealt with him, but from the post he doesn't have a clue of what good is!
Some of these so called casino reps just jump on forums to look like they are here for the players just to get players jumping to give the casino their money. And they jump on answering the easy to fix post, thus looking like they are supportive. Pay Attention!
And auto reversals:what: SCAMMERS!!!!!!!!!!!
Those of you who want to think "oh it's just a glitch", keeping giving them your money and watch the glitch in your wallet/bank account!!!!

As for the issue I have, I have had several chats with live support and was promised a reply each time. Details are listed in the live chat sessions and summarised in my first post in this thread. As the pm function seems not to work on your side, I dont mind telling in the open that my account is chuchu59 at Dendera. It's been nearly 2 months and you would have thought that I would at least have an acknowledgemnt if not a reply by now. Forget the spam filter excuse because the live chat staff have admitted management has yet to review the case. Meanwhile, I await your reply either by pm or if you wish in this thread. Like you, I have nothing to hide too.

Sorry, don't buy the bullshit.

This has taken 2 MONTHS, and apparently "management has yet to review the case".
Forget the communication channels of PM and your personal email. This FIRST went "by the book", through casino CS desk and onward to management. Are management in the habit of ignoring INTERNAL communications from the CS floor?

This issue is VERY SIMPLE. If MANAGEMENT cannot work this out after TWO MONTHS, they are in the wrong business.

The mysteriously reversing cashouts are a separate, but nevertheless worrying, issue. They APPEAR as though the PLAYER did it, but if the player didn't WHO THE HELL ELSE has that level of access to a player's account, yet leaves NO TRACE WHATSOEVER on the system.
If it is a software glitch, well, this software IS HANDLING MONEY!!!! and as such, there is NO PLACE for such glitches to remain unresolved for this length of time.
If my BANK were making mysterious transactions between my different accounts, without logical cause, and with no diagnostic trail, I WOULD FIND ANOTHER BANK!

These continuing issues make the entire Rival platform look like a shambles knocked up by a bunch of schoolkids during their lunch break (sorry kids - maybe you don't deserve this comparison:rolleyes:).

The few Rivals that are REALLY trying to break the mould of the mass produced "kit" casino are being held back, as once were the few legit RTG battling with the bad reputation the software had from all the rogues.

In this case, it looks like bad MANAGERS, rather than the usual bad CS, which is even WORSE in my view.

Just my 2 cents with these guys. Never had a problem with cashouts (better than the ones accredited here), but their support, like all Rivals are pretty bad.

I used to be a happy player at Dendera, until they introduced the 72 hour pending/no flush withdrawl rule.:mad:
Whats up with that one?:confused:

On top of that I got bonusbanned, exept ofcourse the 25% reverse bonus.
So now I'm no longer a happy player there.

Even if the pm's didn't get through, like Chuchu59 said, Ricardo had visited the forum on at least 2 occasions and once again MYSTERIOUSLY disappeared without noticing the original post titled DENDERA CASINO...

Update.

Ricardo pm'ed me on the 8th stating that the promo was now active in my account. WTF. It was a $50 ND chip with 100 WRs and a far cry from the promo I was talking about. Either the whole Dendera management and Ricardo dont understand English or my writing abilities are poor.

I have replied to Ricardo both thru pm and the email address he gave but there was no answer. My stance is clear. If he feels that I should still be getting back the promo promised to me by live chat staff he does it. Otherwise, I should be given an account as to why this occurred. This is freaking bad Ricardo. You can have your $50 back and dont treat me like a beggar. I have given you enough chances and time to clear up the mess and be accountable for actions or rather the lack of it.
