I will be uninstalling as well. I have written Ric several times as to why I am not getting promos . I have deposited 5 times , made 2 small withdrawals yet no promos no bonuses . Now I dont even get the courtesy of a answer to my private message. There are plenty of Rivals that I dont need this total disregard .Now I understand people are getting a 7.00 chip . LOL Not me .

You probably cashed out too soon after clearing the WR.
This usually triggers the ban.
No matter if it was on a no deposit with a max. cashout, they ban you anyway if you don't play at least 25% over the WR stated in the cashier.
Even if cannot win anymore (due to max. cashout restrictions.)
Even if you reverse the withdrawl afterwards, you'll still get banned.
Happened to me at DaVinci's.
Cashed out a small amount, changed my mind and reversed the next day, lost the lot and got banned.
2 weeks later they even closed my account.
Really makes you feel welcome!
Rival software is great, its a real shame these places are so poorly managed.
I think its because I'm a lowroller, they just don't give a sh*t.
Btw I'm banned at almost all of the Rivals now.
............its not hard to join, you just have to win on some ND or just win X amount of times to be let in by the Red Flag Rival Department
