Crystal Palace
This happened to a friend and myself back in December. She had been playing at Crystal Palace, Vegas Frontier and American Grand for over three years. She did win a couple a Jackpots and did get paid. I was finally a believer. She came to my house and showed me how to download and get started. Yes, we were in the wrong, I did not have a credit card that it would take so, I gave her $100 and she let me use her card ONE TIME, to make a $100 deposit only in American Grand.
When I got my own Debit card, I did eventually download Crystal Palace and Vegas and played in them also.
Nine months later and A LOT of deposits later. I had won 8k in American Grand and she had about of 40k they owed her between the three casinos. They locked her out of all three of the Casino's and locked me out of only American Grand. Their reason, we had the same IP address. She has filed a complaint with Montana, Dolaplex, and Bryan. She even offered to pay airfare and hotel (I am thinking to Oliver) to come here and see we are not the same person and have never had the same IP address.
She felt Montana did not even look into it, with the response they had given her. She said, "It was like they had no idea what they were even talking about or, how the casino's really worked."
I sent two complaint's to Casinomeister and have heard nothing.
My whole thought on this is, they should have stopped us nine months earlier, (I can't imagine the way software is today, that it does not red flag them right away when there is a problem!) at least returned nine months worth of deposits, and investigated it a whole lot more.
Needless to say, I am out 8k (only money) and a 25-year friendship. I do feel way worse for her; she had a lot more due to her.
Don't you wonder who ends up with the Jackpot's when they deny to pay???
Oh, and by the way, I still get promotions from Crystal Palace and Vegas Frontier. (Crystal sent me $100 in the mail a couple of months ago, for being a "Superior Casino Player". If you read the fine print, it says, if you get locked out of any sister casino the promotion are not good. Just one more way they try to stick you if you do not read the fine print. I could not have read that and used these promotions they keep sending me and wait another six months for me to hit again, lock me out and deny to pay.
One thing I can say, I did hit at Crystal Palace prior to this and they did pay with no problem.
To everybody, PLEASE read the term and fine print over and over if you have to.
