Coral casino - still there ??

    Was wondering if Coral casino (UK) are still in business....

    I tried to login to my account but got a "your account has been temporarliy suspended" message. Emailed support, got no reply. Sent 2 more messages via the support page form, got no reply. Tried calling the international CS line, phone rang but no-one picked up...

    Anybody know if these guys are still around ???

    Never had any problems with them

    The messaging system is really slow, but they reply after 2-3 days

    Still several times quicker than William Hill though :D [DERAIL]Talking of which, the WH affiliate team turned up to CAC - had a chat with them and told them what I thought of the casino support, but that aside, the fact they were there, and had paid for a booth, might indicate a step up in the prioritisation at WH?     Got a reply from Coral eventually -

    hmmm have only playing there for 2 1/2 years or so, just as well
    they realised. I suppose this is a continuation of the "crackdown"
    on players from Israel.

    Now I have to try calling their number again....

    I'm glad you've heard back from Coral customer services. Unfortunately it would appear that Coral no longer accept Israeli players. This has something to do with the strict gambling legislation in Israel, however the customer services team should be able to give you a full explanation.

    Has anyone else been having problems viewing their website or logging in at coral.

    Last 3 days I've only managed to log in once and my balance showed 0 even though i had like 60 on my account. CS doesn't respond obviously.

    I tried to sign up at Coral earlier this week, but gave up after a trying it 3 days in a row without success. The website itself is already painfully slow and during sign up I got stuck somewhere with timeout errors over and over again.

    I was able to login yesterday evening. My bonus was credited too while they were down and today I received answer to my email I sent 3-4 days ago.

    Not going back.
