My magic reels, UKGC license but no info on withdrawals?

So I was looking at the UK gambling register at remote casino operators a while ago (I always check this list to make sure I play where they have a proper licence) and BXO holdings popped up. I visited their site My magic reels and decided to sign up. They have very minimal games but a couple of blueprint games I like. Every single game I played said error after 5 spins. It drove me mad! I lost £20 so wasn’t too bothered. I emailed the support as there is no live chat etc. 5 working days later they replied asking for screenshots. I didn’t bother at the time, as I wasn’t planning on ever returning. Anyway this weekend I decided to give them another go. The games were still running super slowly which was really annoying but the error glitch didn’t seem as bad. I managed to win £588 and submitted a withdrawal request right away. I got email confirmation of the withdrawal. No where on their site does it tell you the withdrawal processing time. I read through their entire terms and conditions and it states “we will hold you withdrawal for a set amount of time before processing to make proper checks” but they don’t tell you how long! This site has shady written all over it but it’s UKG registered which I triple checked so I know they can’t be completely rogue. I’m wondering if anyone has any dealing with them? Their whole setup is very off

UKGC casino they don't accepts crypto as deposit, is just another no gamstop casino more like a scam casino, looks like they don't have license at all

It doesn’t accept crypto you aren’t looking at the right site. My magic reels isn’t the same as magic reels. It has a Uk license and it’s also on the gambling public register as I said in my post

It doesn’t accept crypto it only accept card deposits. It is Uk registered as stated I checked the license on the public gambling register it’s there

Nothing legitimate or licensed about My Magic Reels.
It’s got a license as I said I’ve checked it on the public register and their site. The public register directs straight to the site. My magic reels is not magic reels casino. Magic reels is not Uk registered my magic reels is

All white labels, most likely no one hitting any buttons. Did you try to contact support address of their main domain? barxarcade.com

If you joined for bar-x or arcade games you might as well join All British Casino they provide support 24/7 :)

As others have mentioned, Magic Reels (Crypto) isn't the same as My Magic Reels.

Saying that, I would be very wary about playing at a site that:
  • has no protection of player funds (Not Protected),
  • seemingly has no live support,
  • hasn't updated their terms of service since 2020,
  • has an entire help section consisting of two questions - explaining the name of the company, and what "play for real" means,
  • is operated by

The lights are on, but looks like nobody is home... somewhat disappointing they're allowed to operate in such a dilapidated state to be honest...

Yes I completely agree. When looking at their FAQ’s there were two questions! The whole site when I took a closer look just looks dodgy. But they are registered. Player funds not protected was also worrying. I just wonder if they will actually pay out considering they do have a legit license

I didn’t really like the Bar-x games once I tried them. Thanks for the email link I’ve emailed directly to see if I get a response. I always thought with a Uk license there was no way to scam but now I am a bit concerned

I'm disappointed you weren't promoting All Bar-X Casino... perhaps that'll be one for April Fools ?

Looking at their main site, they mention "local arcade jackpots" (again with no details) - so I wonder if it was a project torpedoed by the pandemic?

Given the main site Jan referenced looks almost identical to the "white label", I imagine you may be contacting the same individual(s) anyway. At least with a genuine UKGC licence you'll have more backup options than if it was unregulated or outside the UK - but I can imagine speed isn't going to be a priority.
