Well, I wish I had known about this site prior to playing at this casino but live and learn. On January 13 I made a request to withdraw $5000 which I had won playing slots (I was actually up at one point to $20,000 and had made a total of 26 withdraw requests and redeposits prior to my final cashout request). After waiting about two weeks with no cheque, I spoke to customer service who advised me I would not be getting my money as I had "not adhered to bonus rules"...I asked them to explain and they created some cock and bull story about playing 700 + games of blackjack on a slots only coupon (completely untrue btw). I suggested that maybe they check my histroy but they stuck to this story. I also suggested that even if I had played blackjack, the coupon I used was 10 days prior to my cashout request and that, I was in fact using my own money at this point (remember the 26 cash out and reversals?) No movement what so ever and in fact they became rude and insulting. OK, so a PAB was filed here and as expected no response, but not the end of the story. I signed on to my account on 29 of January to note in my account history that two "deposits" were attemped using my credit card (obviously I would not be stupid enough to play here again so I inquired with customer service what these were related to?) I was advised that they were depsoits from the 14 of January that were just late in being run through (give me a break....anyone who used a Mastercard knows authorization is instant and certainly doesnt take 15 days!!) I suggested to the customer service rep that Cool Cat was attempting to run my card without authorization and given my past experience this wouldnt come as a surprise to me. She stuck to her story but surprisingly enough when I tried to sign onto my history again all records had completely vanished!! Fortunately I was able to contact my card issuer and have a new card sent out. I was also able to get ALL deposits reversed so even though I dont have my winnings at least these bastards don't have any of my credit card deposits either. It seems like there is absolutly nothing that can be done with these rouge casinos. Given this experience I will never play online again anywhere and will stick to land-based casinos.
