Well, I wish I had known about this site prior to playing at this casino but live and learn. On January 13 I made a request to withdraw $5000 which I had won playing slots (I was actually up at one point to $20,000 and had made a total of 26 withdraw requests and redeposits prior to my final cashout request). After waiting about two weeks with no cheque, I spoke to customer service who advised me I would not be getting my money as I had "not adhered to bonus rules"...I asked them to explain and they created some cock and bull story about playing 700 + games of blackjack on a slots only coupon (completely untrue btw). I suggested that maybe they check my histroy but they stuck to this story. I also suggested that even if I had played blackjack, the coupon I used was 10 days prior to my cashout request and that, I was in fact using my own money at this point (remember the 26 cash out and reversals?) No movement what so ever and in fact they became rude and insulting. OK, so a PAB was filed here and as expected no response, but not the end of the story. I signed on to my account on 29 of January to note in my account history that two "deposits" were attemped using my credit card (obviously I would not be stupid enough to play here again so I inquired with customer service what these were related to?) I was advised that they were depsoits from the 14 of January that were just late in being run through (give me a break....anyone who used a Mastercard knows authorization is instant and certainly doesnt take 15 days!!) I suggested to the customer service rep that Cool Cat was attempting to run my card without authorization and given my past experience this wouldnt come as a surprise to me. She stuck to her story but surprisingly enough when I tried to sign onto my history again all records had completely vanished!! Fortunately I was able to contact my card issuer and have a new card sent out. I was also able to get ALL deposits reversed so even though I dont have my winnings at least these bastards don't have any of my credit card deposits either. It seems like there is absolutly nothing that can be done with these rouge casinos. Given this experience I will never play online again anywhere and will stick to land-based casinos. Thanks casinomeister for your help to resolve this....

They sent me a free chips recently. I won a little with it. Not much, since the max cashout was 100$. Next thing I know my account is locked.

Even 100$, they will do anything to avoiding paying.

can do much to help.. However: the one person who has ever
helped me resolve issue with my own account was the Club Player
Manager: Cynthia. She helped me resolve a problem with a
Cool Cat account.. this was over a year ago, but I still
see her name on promo emails.

You can try to catch her in live chat or email
support to her attention. If anyone can help it
is her, but I would not expect too much. I would
go at her in a hurt, loyal player sort of way for the best results .. ;)

Cool Cat is scum. Their sister Club Player stole $50k from me. Search the forums for the incredible story if you feel like reading an incredible true story of casino BS.

I should add that I had very ugly dealings with "Cynthia" but I hope you get better results. Both Bryan and I couldn't even get her to respond professionally to our complaints.

My guess is that the likelihood of Manager Cynthia to resolve a non-payment complaint is inversely proportional to the size of the amount of money involved (i.e., $50K complaint = ignore).

Casionmeister has a list of them all in the Rogue Casino list......lets put these people out of business once and for all.

The horrible thing is that these group of casinos get so many newbies
with all their free chips :( I wish I had some suggestions for
everyone who was mistreated by these RTG casinos. The only thing
I can say is that there are good casinos out there... 99% of which
are NOT RTG

Well Chris I must say that I am very pleasantly surprised by this. I will take your word that this withdrawl will be processed ASAP. I am still not convinced about the Blackjack however I am glad to see that you at least listened to part of my arguement and I think that $4400 is fair all things considered. I hope that this is the start of Cool Cat Casino getting off the rogue list as I have always said, that t was my favourite place to play.

...but s/w dont you think chris did the right thing, he could have said screw the player but he did have the guts to come on here and make it right with the player. i for one think he made a good move on his part and the casino he represents but hell what do i know its just my own .02 cents. im happy the player is getting paid and isnt that the idea?, just one word of advice dont play it out and let us all know how it all goes.....laurie

Honestly, I think the manager went above and beyond in this particular case. But I also think that $4400 is a small price for them to pay if players see this as a sign that the casino is a safe one to play at, and then proceed to do so.

For every player who complains here and has a favorable outcome, there are probably many more who silently get screwed out of their winnings.
