I deposit low, I never reverse a withdrawal. When it has been a NoMax coupon I withdraw to the limit + bonus, when it has been a 10x or 5x cashout coupon I put in the withdrawal for not one cent over the cashout and just play the rest for fun while I wait, or for as long as I can anyway. This stops me depositing anywhere else:):) Oh and I always double check the rules of the promo and ensure I do not touch games not mentioned. Saves any disputes as per earlier in this thread about playing the likes of BJ on a Slots & Keno coupon. Personally not keen on Rivals or 3Dice, I don't appear to get the same game time from them as RTG and I am definitely not as lucky at those. I do play at InetBet and do enjoy the almost instant payouts there, but I am quite happy with a longer payout. After all it stops me giving it back within a few days:)

And as it's been said before, you're a pawn in their game. The game being that they pay a handful of people only to get them (indirectly) to give them good PR in the midst of their not paying anyone else, or claiming "bonus abuse" or "you've gotten more free chips than you've deposited" and confiscate their winnings in the same breath.

If they take so long for payouts, why keep going back? There's plenty of more reputable casinos out there that you could be playing at that pay in a timely fashion.
 
Well judging by what I see on other forums and specifically one where RTG bonus codes are given out by users to each other. Instructions to open multiple accounts in different names and different addresses, its no wonder people have problems and bonus abuse is so rife. Equally it could be said that people not paid did not follow the rules but are not entirely honest on here when they tell their story.

Maybe the ones who have had 'problems' are just pawns in other casinos games to try and put another out of business. There are plenty on here with their own agendas indirectly pushing one casino or another.

As I said above, as long as they continue to pay me when I ask, what reason have I to walk away or bad mouth them. I have read some of the complaints against this group, neither I nor you know if they broke the individual casinos bonus terms/rules only they do. Even on this thread someone from Cool Cat posted the play history of the original poster, now why would he do that, in fact why bother coming on here at all. Realistically if they were true rogues they wouldn't give a stuff and certainly wouldn't bother posting on here.

Hello again DemonUK!:) If you win there and they pay you that is fine..
but some of us have seen too many players treated poorly to ignore.

Personally I am an affiliate and would make a lot more money
if I promoted RTG casinos in a heavier fashion. I am a bit stuck
with them as I have a "no deposit" site.. Their codes get posted
and players deposit no matter what I tell them... I tell them
cashouts can be 3 weeks and may require a blood sample..
but they still deposit. I am diligent in telling my players the rules,
so we keep most big problems in check... like you said many problems
are caused by not following the bonus terms.. NOT ALL

The one thing I have noticed in the last month is that they are not paying during the time frame stated on website. My last payout from Betroyal took 1 month to actually receive the funds and it was a partial payment ($1500 withdrawl, $1000 sent).

I am a good customer of theirs as well as a VIP player and sent email to financial dept. as I did not appreciate this. I did not receive a response and am still waiting for the other $500. I found this disappointing as they seemed to be operating within their website terms prior to this.

I requested a withdrawal of $560 on evening of 6th Feb from Virtual Casino. It was approved on the 15th, which I make 7 working days in line with the quickest time scale in there terms (I'm not a VIP). Lets see when it hits my account.

Well I am still waiting for payout on this...good news is the money is still sitting in my Cool Cat account but one would think that given the problems they would try to expedite this payout. I guess they are going to make me wait the full ten days before anything happens. I will keep everyone updated as things progress.

Well it is sitting there showing as "overnight withdrawl requested" surely it doesnt take ten days to approve it, particualarly as it was the manager who admitted here in a posting that Cool Cat made a mistake in denying my request the first time.....gee is it any wonder people go to land based casinos where you get your payout on the spot, particularly here in Canada where we dont pay taxes on any type of casino or lottery winnings. I will let you know how it turns out either way :)

What is your word worth Chris? It is now the 27th of February and this withdraw request has not been approved. I have spoken numerous times to customer service and accounting and get hollow promises such as "it will be approved by February 25" and "it will definately go through today (February 26)". If you aren't going to pay this just be honest I really am tired of being jerked around.

The above was posted in response to my thread "Cool Cat Crooks". As you can all see it is clearly an admission of an error made by Cool Cat Casino and a promise to pay me my winnings. It is now the 28th of February (17 days after the posting) and I am still waiting to see any movement on this. My withdraw request still hasnt been approved and I can't get a straight answer from anyone when it will be (it clearly states on the website 7-10 business days and it has now been 14). My emails go ignored, managers are never in or in "meetings" and no one from accounting is available. I guess my faith that Chris would be honest and come through on this was misplaced. Once a rogue......

I know this is my first post here and I stumbled across this site because I was weary of not getting my 2000.00 payout from Cool Cat. However, just a few hours ago I went to the local Walmart and picked up a Moneygram for the entire amount of my winnings (minus fees).

I won the 2000 off of a $40 deposit and used a Bonus Code for 240% of what I deposited. I didn't have a play through or a max cashout so I pretty much won it and cashed out in the same night. It took about 10 days to have my 2000 cashout approved and about another week from there to get it sent to me. I requested a check but was pleasantly surprised to find out they wired it instead via Moneygram. Every time I had to speak with a CSR they were about up to par with the other internet casinos Ive played at in the past.

All in all though Ive seen that they take quite a bit of flack but wanted to chime in with my positive experience. I can not speak for anyone else though but I feel that my experience start to finish was professionally handled and I got paid within the time they stated. I can say that I will indeed be gambling at Cool Cat again in the future (read "after I post this").

I can safely say that I will NOT be depositing at ANY of these casinos until such time as they are under NEW OWNERSHIP, and are OFF THE ROGUE LIST - preferrably licenced OUTSIDE of Costa Rica too!

This looks like selective promises to pay in order to lure in new players who might believe they have changed, however, the string of broken promises after the intervention by Chris shows that it is all "hot air", and I would be very suprised if ranham EVER saw any more than a return of deposit out of this (except perhaps as "payment" for posting glowing reviews about getting paid).
If the MANAGER promises an OVERNIGHT check, then it beggars belief that his SUBORDINATES have hung on to the money this long, and have even returned it to the casino account.

Maybe he was "economical with the truth", and an "overnight check" it may be, but he didn't specify WHICH night:rolleyes:

Well further to my posting earlier my account has now been locked and I have no further way to check on what happened to the $4400 I am owed. Chris the manager is "unavailable"... no one in customer service can answer any questions and I have been referred to Roger who only has email. These people have done nothing but cheat me, lie to me and finally when I wouldnt back down lock out my account so I can't follow up on where my promised winnings are. They truly deserve to be in the Queen of the Rogue Casino category. This operation is without a doubt the most slimy, unethical bunch of crooks, liars and rogues to ever operate online. DO NOT PLAT AT ANY VIRTUAL CASINO GROUP CASINOS UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE CHEATED. THEY ARE IMMORAL SCUM!!!!!
 
As I suspected...no money coming.

Well folks it looks like this has not turned out well. I just spoke to "Roger" who has informed me that because I chose to take this issue to a public forum that I would not be getting any money (apparently freedom of speech and standing up for your rights does not apply to the online casino industry). I was laso told that they received chargebacks on my credit card (for anyone who has read my previous thread "Cool Cat Crooks", I admit this but only because Cool Cat attemted to put through two unauthorized charges on my credit card after I started to make a fuss) Quote " I signed on to my account on 29 of January to note in my account history that two "deposits" were attemped using my credit card (obviously I would not be stupid enough to play here again so I inquired with customer service what these were related to?) I was advised that they were depsoits from the 14 of January that were just late in being run through (give me a break....anyone who used a Mastercard knows authorization is instant and certainly doesnt take 15 days!!) I suggested to the customer service rep that Cool Cat was attempting to run my card without authorization and given my past experience this wouldnt come as a surprise to me. She stuck to her story but surprisingly enough when I tried to sign onto my history again all records had completely vanished!!"
These people really are the scum of the earth and will do anything not to pay out legitimate winnings. Fortunately I believe in Karma and I know that what comes around goes around. Rogues are as rogues do and they will get their reward in the long run. Oh and btw Chris (manager of Cool Cat), if I havent said this before....your lies will catch up with you. Do you sleep well at night knowing that you cheat honest people? If you answer yes I suspect this is because you are a sociopath and are ideed working for the right organization.
