I cashed out 300.00 at Coll Cat Casino the other day. What are my chances of getting paid. They said 7-10 days to be approved and then another 10-20 days to receive my winnings. This was my first deposit there. I do have afriend that plays there and she said that the first cash out for her took a couple of months, but she did get paid.

Why on earth would you play at Cold Cat?

You've been around a while and would surely know they are as rogue as you can get.

Well, you have a 50/50 chance of getting paid, to be optimistic. They are NOT generally known to be an honest group when it comes to paying players. If you are persistent (meaning hounding them EVERY day) you MAY eventually get paid in 3-4 months. And this is if they don't find another reason for not paying you within this timeframe. Don't waste any more of your money depositing within this group, if you feel like making a donation, Casinomeister has a list of charities you can donate to, or make a donation to one of your own local charities.

Strictly on your withdrawal you might get paid after around 2 months giving you plenty of time to reverse it back. However to successfully withdraw this rogue casino takes 2 things into consideration. If your w/d reaches 4-figure amounts you wont get paid. Second, they will try to judge whether you will continue depositing and lose more to them. Once you satisfy both criteria they might send you the money after 2 months to test the waters.
I advise you to quit playing at this rogue even if you get paid. Sooner or later, once you hit something big you wont get paid. This is how this rogue casino works AFAIK.

Once you've played at an honest RTG casino where your docs are approved within a day or two and then you get paid within 24-72 hours you'll understand why places like Cool Cat are rogued. It's enough of a gamble to win at all, why gamble with when (or IF) you're going to get paid.

You are all so right, it was a stupid deposit to make. I have played at all the best well known casinos and have always been paid with no problem. They called and offered a 320% bonus with no play through and no max cash out. My husband answered the phone and wanted to try it. I told him that they are not known for paying, but he wanted to try it. I did it on one condition, I made him give me 30.00 , lol because I did not want to use my winnings. So we will see what happens. Thank you all for your replys. I will let my husband read them.

No max cashout and no playthrough?

Oh dear. What's the catch (besides being lucky to be paid)?

Wait 2 months for the money to be approved and leave the cashier. Honestly, how many players can resist the temptation to reverse. In addition, once you lose on a deposit I understand they give you a free chip equivalent to your deposit with a max cashout of 2x the free chip. No consecutive free chips though and that holds even if they email you a code for the free chip.

Congrats on getting $30 from him:thumbsup:, Thats what I have to do with mine, I have to bribe her with cash when we go to the casino. When you do talk to your husband could you let him know I have a horse for sale. I am almost giving it a way. Tired of the damn thing doing nothing but sleeping. It hasnt moved off the ground of the backyard for weeks now.

That was quick:rolleyes:

The question is WHICH 10 days they mean, the first Monday of every month (10 months to approve), and then 10-20 Second Tuesdays of the month for processing:rolleyes:

The SLOWEST known payout from a casino in this group is three YEARS, because they decided to dispute whether the player had deposited more in cash than was received in bonus money. A sneaky term that when applied limits ALL deposits, with or without bonuses, to some 10x the amount of the PREVIOUS max cashout when a bonus was last claimed. This term was pulled on a player who deposited around $25 without claiming a bonus, and won a random jackpot of over $6000. The casino argued the the term applied, and only $250 of the $6000 was payable. It took three YEARS to persuade them otherwise, during which time they were hounded at every opportunity till they decided to pay up just to make the issue go away.

The above is an example of the EXTREME measures one has to be prepared to employ in order to receive a win that from an accredited casino would arrive after a few days, and be approved as soon as documents had been received and approved.

It was Palace of Chance in the above case, but Cool Cat is the same thing, run by the same group. Cirrus casino and Cirrus casino UK are ALSO run by the same group, although Cirrus casino UK seems to be catching a few UK players unawares because it is UK targeted, leading UK players to falsely believe it is safe to play there.

The whole damn lot are in the rogue pit here, and have been there for many years.

a) He probably posted something unnecessary and inflammatory - he does have rather a history of doing that.
b) There is NO excuse for playing at Cool Cat if the player is aware of why they are rogued at all the decent gambling sites on the net. Even playing with free-chips just encourages them to carry on trying to snare more unsuspecting players. :(

Nasty group full of tricks and traps and extremely slow pay.

I've never played there, but I've followed a lot of threads involving them, and this is what it takes to get paid, if your win isn't large.

Contact them frequently. Every day, you get moved to an annoyance list, every couple of weeks you are on the she can wait list. Maybe every 3 or four days after they say they will pay, and vary the method from live chat, email and phone.

Never imply they are cheating you. Praise them up, say how your friends won't believe you won, and you can't wait to get paid to play again.

Don't accept any free chips while you are waiting. It's a trap to contravene their rules about deposits vs freechips.

See if the forum that promoted them has any inside contacts to help you get paid in a (cough cough) timely manner.

Run for the hills and never go back if you get your payment.

There are lots of decent casinos that pay in a timely manner.

Oh, and if you don't get moved to "processing" after the ten days, ask if they need ID docs, and provide what they need.

Patience, persistence and sucking up seem to be the keys to success with this group, but if you have a large win, they will just ignore you.

A small win on your first deposit if you sound like a sucker happy to get a win after two or three months, they might just pay up.

Nifty is currently in the Moderated user group, meaning we feel that his posts need to be inspected, and possibly edited, before they appear on the forums. If you'd like details please contact Bryan or Nifty. And yes, this is a VERY unusual circumstance ... but shit happens.

Well my withdrawal from Cool Cat was approved yesterday 8 days after I requested it. They says I should receive my winnings in 7-10 days. We will see. Not to sure about it. Will keep you posted.

I posted a month ago that I requested a withdrawal from Cool Cat Casino. Well I just received my 300.00 winnings today , exactly one month to the day that I requested the withdrawal. Took a long tome, but at least I got paid.

Now that you are a reading/participating member here ----- stay away from the Rogues. Glad this turned out well for you, but there are so many RTG accredited casinos, its not worth the risk/worry to play at such a place as Cool Cat.

Glad you got your money -- but don't plan on that continuing. Run away fast.

I have played and gotten paid from Cool Cat

I played at Cool Cat earlier this year and hit a big win on a slot machine (5 digits) on one of my very first deposits there. After I won I read about how poorly people said they were at paying and was very worried. Needless to say, my experience was similar to the person that posted the original post in this thread. They did pay out, but it was very slow.

It took 1-2 weeks to get my withdrawal approved, and then about another 4-5 weeks to get the check in the mail. But it was very consistent, and they did let me keep requesting new withdrawals after each one was approved. In other words, I did not have to wait until I got my check to make my next withdrawal request.

Did their slow payment cause me to give them some more action and lose back some of my winnings back? Absolutely!

Did they pay out consistently (albeit slowly)? Yes! And to me that is what matters most.

I have since continued to play there (though I don't play there nearly as often as I play at the places that pay quickly). I have cashed out two other times and they paid in a similar slow, but consistent way.

I just thought I would chime in with my own personal experience. To me, getting paid slowly is just the price you pay if you want to get a big bonus. You can't have your cake and eat it too :)

I find it interesting that you play at Rushmore and Cool Cat --- do you really think their RTG payouts are better than CWG or other RTG accredited casinos? The constant worry and pestering to get paid would drive me crazy. Your tolerance for slow payouts far exceeds mine.

Like I said, I mostly play at places that pay quickly. But sometimes I like getting bigger bonuses, so I play at some of the slower paying places as well.

The most important thing to me is simply that the casino does what it says it will do. Right now, I find Rushmore to be much worse than Cool Cat. Cool Cat was actually very up front with me when I asked them how long it would take to get paid. And like I said, they were very consistent in their payment times.

They didn't lie like Rushmore and tell me I'd get paid quickly. With Rushmore you have no idea when you will get paid, and I find that any time frame they give you is pretty much meaningless. I might actually stop playing at Rushmore in the future.

Why do you even bother visiting forums like this when you pay no heed to the vast experience of the players and staff?

The crooks may well be paying YOU, but they have stiffed thousands of your fellow players for years. The only reason they exist and continue to rip people off is that players like you keep feeding them. In addition, by giving them your custom you are pretty much flipping the bird to all those who were shafted, and you are supporting and condoning their abhorrent behaviour.

The truth hurts, but the truth it most certainly is.

When you post here someday about them refusing to pay a jackpot etc, as you almost certainly will, I'll be waiting here, bird at the ready.

Nifty,

You cant blame the guy as these rogues are clever and do actually pay if the amounts are not substantial. Why do you think they are still in existence despite ripping off so many players and being condemned at the forums. If a player gets paid continuously why should he/she not trust their own experiences and instead believe what we say. We need to understand how the rogues work and tell players what to expect. From what I hear and actually experienced they pay when the amounts do not reach 4-figure sums and only 30 business days after a w/d is made. They will never pay RJ wins unless the depositor is a whale and they believe they can squeeze more from him.

We should continue to condemn the rogues but we should not let them outsmart us. Simply calling them rogues isnt likely to work IMO.

I have played at all of the good RTG casinos including the club world group and even won a Random Jackpot for over 7,000.00 at High Noon. My first withdrawal was for 2500.00 of the 7,000.00 . It was 2 weeks and it still was not in my bank account. They said they sent it out ,but did not know where it was. They then put the 2500.00 bank in my casino account and I then did the withdrawals by check. I also had 2 cash out for a total of 1500.00 from Manhattan Slots and Aladin Gold that I lost when QT went under. So, I guess you have to worry these days, where ever you play if you are going to receive your winnings.
