I played at Cool Cat earlier this year and hit a big win on a slot machine (5 digits) on one of my very first deposits there. After I won I read about how poorly people said they were at paying and was very worried. Needless to say, my experience was similar to the person that posted the original post in this thread. They did pay out, but it was very slow.
It took 1-2 weeks to get my withdrawal approved, and then about another 4-5 weeks to get the check in the mail. But it was very consistent, and they did let me keep requesting new withdrawals after each one was approved. In other words, I did not have to wait until I got my check to make my next withdrawal request.
Did their slow payment cause me to give them some more action and lose back some of my winnings back? Absolutely!
Did they pay out consistently (albeit slowly)? Yes! And to me that is what matters most.
I have since continued to play there (though I don't play there nearly as often as I play at the places that pay quickly). I have cashed out two other times and they paid in a similar slow, but consistent way.
I just thought I would chime in with my own personal experience. To me, getting paid slowly is just the price you pay if you want to get a big bonus. You can't have your cake and eat it too
